I’ve been playing this game for going on 8 years now. I’ve seen it grow so much in that time. There’s a few flaws here and there but overall, I can’t ask for a better game. There were no ads when I started it but now they’ve added the feature to watch an ad for a certain reward but it doesn’t get in your way and in no way are they needed or pushy. The ads never stop your game play. 
Sometimes it has its moments and crashes but it’s not too often. I can’t really say anything much negative about this game, if there is any they’re minor issues that are fixed promptly. It’s a nice and fun game you can always go back to no matter how long you’re away.

I have been unable to log in for over a week now, I tried every day since I love the items for the current event.  Decided to try uninstall and reinstall, gonna quit this game for good if they don’t compensate for making me missed out on the current events.

I think this game is a bit outdated and needs better chat dialogue. The English doesn’t make sense all the times especially when you are trying to convince other to go to your cafe. I love all the cute decorations and items. The customization is just great but I’m sad because a lot of it is overpriced with the cash. The cash costs real life money to get and it’s just too much in my opinion. I really like this game so far though just had to share my thoughts about some aspects. I hope it gets more recognition!!

I've been out of this game for awhile and yesterday decided to install the game and see what's new but after logging in and loading patifriends it crashes. Haven't logged in yet and I really want to play this game again. I am on iPhone 6s iOS 14.2. Hopefully you can help me please, thank you.

I can’t believe I actually spent so much money on this game. It takes away all the fun in the play when there’s no one to play with and all you do is roast your coffee beans repeatedly. I regret spending all my money but if you guys want to give into the temptation then I won’t stop you

I’ve been playing this game like 4 years. I decided to play it again recently but it’s not letting me log in. I tried to wait since it keeps saying that I have poor connection. Then it started saying that I cannot log in and try logging in later. I had to reinstall the app but it still won’t let me. I installed it in a different device but it still says the same thing. I thought it’s just my account since I haven’t opened it in like months, but it seems like everyone is having the same problem...

I’ve played this game for years now and it’s a good game with several updates in content regularly. But yesterday I couldn’t log in because it said it couldn’t connect to my line account! I’m wondering if this is a bug that has something to do with the new iOS. I still can’t log in today. I won’t be able to complete the current event at this rate! Please fix it soon!!

Just recently I tried to play this game again and needed to log in my line account. (This game has already been on my phone for over a year with progress). So I tried to connect and it fails telling me to try another time...so I tried a few times a day a week ago and still haven’t been able to log in. Could there be a bug?? Or an issue? (Did the game shut down with no official notice?) This game is nice overall, it’s just that I can’t get in and play anymore :/

It's really fun and when you start it gives you some rewards for your leveling up. Later as you level up more the exp requirement bar gets larger but it gives u plenty of quests that give you exp and achievements rewards. Overall I am finding this game very fun ^^ I think if you added a mini game or something to play while, some stuff are being downloaded it would be more fun.

I have been unable to log in my account since yesterday morning. The system has been reminding me that the network is unstable, but in fact I have been using the same network in the past game time, and later told me that I could not link to my line account. After many attempts I had to reinstall the game. It's incredible that I spent a whole day installing a game! And on the way to keep reminding me of the network connection failure, so to re-download. I don't understand why such a game is so demanding on the Internet. Then I spent the whole night trying to download it. When I got up at 8:00 this morning, the system showed that I had downloaded only more than 60 percent. I really wonder if you have any special programs in there? Doesn't it take that long to download a big game? What's more, due to the series of troubles, I couldn't finish the current activities in the game. I could have finished them on time if these problems didn't exist! I know these problems have been around for a long time, I downloaded the game a long time ago, and they have happened. What I don't understand is that there are so many activities needed money, why just can't your game operation use the money to improve the existing problems?

One star just for customer service and an app bug, the game is fun enough .

Lately I’ve been getting a pop up for the bargain bundle for $.99 to purchase it and says the limit has been reset. when I go in to purchase it says already purchased. I contacted customer service which is frustrating because I have to translate everything using google translate I send to Japanese or they won’t read it and then I have to translate their responses to English on my end . Also they aren’t listening to what I’m saying about the bug , I even sent screenshots. They keep asking for the time it occurred , it happens every time I log in day or night no specific time  . So a little frustrated . I’m literally trying to pay you for some in game currency and you don’t seem to want to fix it. I also don’t know why I have to translate for your customer service I’ve never had to do that before .

Hey guys. What on Earth is going on with the game? I have been playing for years!! Usually a fun game. But recently, you have a sudden, no warning “maintenance” and the game stays broken for weeks. It will not load. I have done all the usual things; offload, reload, reset, blah, blah, blah, and still, it crashes on the start up page every time. Three weeks!!!!! I now have missed out on my cash trees and the black steel theme. I see that others are having issues, too. Please…..Send us a notice or SOMETHING!!! This is awful. Hence the drop to just TWO stars (I do NOT recommend this game right now.).

I’ve been reaching out to LINE for a month now trying to fix the game crashing. No response. I’ve paid money for in-app purchases, logged in daily, and truly loved this game. I’m completely disgusted that I am unable to receive more than a useless automated response to my multiple queries for help. So completely disappointed in my experience. Shame on LINE.

I've been trying to download this game all day!!! I envy the people who have gotten a chance to play this... I've tried last year but it did the same thing... I'm stuck on a loading screen all day and once it's complete or close it gives me an error and all hope is lost. I'll save you the trouble of going through the same. DON'T DOWNLOAD. WASTE OF SPACE AND TIME. I beg the developers to update this game so I can play... I love LINE Play... I had very high hopes for this one too...

I have trouble even getting into the game. When I open the app, you have to wait for it to download all the files and stuff, but for me, no matter how good of a service I have, I can only only go up to 20% before it crashing and not letting me in. I’m sure it’s a great game but it just wastes time for me because even if I wait 30 minutes it crashes after 20% and it’s sad :(

Soooo I really wanted to play this game, but on both my devices it won’t even let me finish downloading, or it takes years to download and then it says something failed and it’s restarting. I wait but it doesn’t even pop open the menu or anything. I even got a brand new iPhone and it still does the same thing on that one. I don’t know if this is a bug because others have said the same, or something else? I’m not sure but I’m really disappointed because the game looked good :(.

I have been playing this game for over 3 or 4 years and its sooooo good and addicting, but there are problems which make delete the app out of frustration. The game crashes at the start up and says i have an connection failure and i have been playing this game at the start with the same wifi i have now at the present. Even when i use 3g, it says the server or something is gone now? I cannot log in and i want to play this game so bad cause it is my favourite game of all time, the only reason i still kept it is because maybe line will fix it in due time and I genuinely support and love this game!! But i do hope these crashes and BS stop cause i am at my wits end and i would have given 5 stars if i could play again 😭😭😭😭😭 I literally have urges to play this game time to time and I cannot so i feel very dejected and sad that this happens and i hope line fixes it soon.

It’s been downloading for 3 days. I have fast internet and I have a ton of storage space so why is it taking forever? I let the app stay open on my screen for 3 hours and it only got to 9% downloaded. I installed the app and you still have to install more stuff when you try to open it to play it. I haven’t even seen the game yet I’ve only seen the download screen with the photo in the background.

I have great WiFi connection and 4G and this thing wouldn’t download (when you open the app). I waited 2 hours just for it to get to 38% done and so I had to leave it and it eventually shut off on its own and it started it all over again. So, I couldn’t even get to play it. The developers really need to fix this as there is no way this game requires that much data when PC games even take lesser time to download.

This is so sad and just shows how money-hungry the Line Corp. really is. This game probably didn't meet some ridiculous quota so they abandoned the app entirely. This is because Line doesn't care about you and I, Line cares about profit and profit alone. Just look at the horrible scam called Line Play. 5,000 stars to be a permanent top tier? Do you know how much constant feeding of YOUR money that is?? Absurd. Absolutely absurd of a company to encourage such negative behavior to the point of adding a CASINO to a game mainly targeting KIDS and other young people. Line...you are a despicable disgrace of a company.

This game is my childhood- and having grown up with it, I recently downloaded the LINE version and played it for almost a year. It's as good, or even better, than I remember it. Especially now that I've grown to love coffee and drink coffee almost every day, I've grown a newfound appreciation for how accurate som the details in this game are. It truly touches the heart of a coffee lover & cafe frequenter in  special, endearing way. Devastated to hear that this game is going away- it's truly a hidden gem with wonderful gameplay. So many things you could do with it. Truly unforgettable and beyond unfortunate that it's going.

I know everyone isn’t a big fan but I personally love this game! I love the slow paced life that I lead as a coffee store owner and the beautiful graphics. Events are super fun and enjoyable and I appreciate being able to visit other stores as well. I ultimately love the overall experience and think others should give this game a chance as well. Also, huge I love Pasta fan as well so if that was brought back, my life would be complete :) Happy I Love Coffee gaming!

Thank you for adding the ads to help with completing tasks and also the daily 5 ads to get more beans, money and 1 cash!!!! And I really like the weekly quest and all the extra chances at getting cool prizes. Also, I got new friends that are helping with the "tap my coffee roasters" quests so I'm just very happy. I Love Coffee has the best, cutest graphics! I've been playing this game for over 7 years, I used to play Pocket Potions, Sweet Shop, Dream Dresses, Hello Cappuccino and Fairywoods Patisserie but they're all gone from App Store now. I Love Coffee is the only cute decorating game left, thank you so much 😊

I have been playing this game for almost ten years, and it is still my favorite management simulation game. The thought put into the NPC interactions is the best I’ve seen. There are so many drink and decoration options. The game can be as hands on or hands off as you want depending on your play style. It’s a lot of fun and easy to pick up, with tons of room for leveling up your shop.

Honestly, I have been playing this game since it came out and I have enjoyed it. I have played it on and off so reading comments about how it doesn’t work or crashes surprised me. I started it up again and I had no issues at the moment. The only thing that I have never liked is needing friends to help you out and always having to look for new friends each time I start it up at again.

I’ve been playing this game on and off for the past 8 years. Got a new phone and logged into the same LINE account but lost all my progress in this game even though it was linked to my LINE account.. 

This wasn’t a problem when I got new devices before (iPhone 6 to 8 didn’t have this problem). Only a problem when I got iPhone 12. Pretty devastated to lose 8 years worth of progress :( no way to get back everything I slowly accumulated in the game. 

Loved this game otherwise..

I've played this game on and off for years. I've never had any problems with it. I also love how it's connected to my LINE account, so if I delete the app or get a new phone, I can reinstall the app and won't lose my progress. It's so cute and addicting. It's like you're running a cafe: you buy the cafe and eventually other branches, expand, learn how to make coffee and food, roast coffee beans, buy furniture and decorations, have regular customers, and visit other players' cafes. They have additional events where, if you complete certain tasks, you get free items, like coffee beans, gold coins, cash, or furniture. It's not required to use real money for the game! That's really nice. This is definitely a game that I'm going to continue to play!
