Since then I’ve been a committed player, so you can imagine how saddened I was for the announcement of its closing. It feels like a huge waste that it’s shutting down, considering how many people have put money and time into growing their accounts. I and many others know where it all went wrong: they took the PLAY out ! Now it’s literally just a cash grab app. The best part about this app were the games and Vegas. But these were stopped and they had hoped that the atelier and more frequent Treasure Worlds would save it. Frankly, Treasure World lost its sparkle too. They used to be offered like two times a year and they had really good rare items that made you want to play. But now they’re offered too often and the items are no good. The Atelier became extremely tedious and challenging in a bad way, where it was hard to even collect and craft all items. It’s annoying and an abandoned feature. Giving so many free crafting ingredients and smiles even to this day when it’s closing does nothing for player morale, especially to those like me who’ve practically been there since the start. Keep LinePlay’s doors open by bringing back the games, Vegas, and better options for those not wanting to spend so much money on cash. It’s LINEPLAY not LinePAY !! I don’t want this to close! ### 2/5 — Great, but very sad too *2020-10-10, version 7.8.0* I used to play this game a lot, but after going to school and loads of work, I stopped playing for awhile, mainly because I had no time and when I did play it would take at least 10-20 minutes just to log in and it would be so obnoxious I’d just give up. So after not playing for awhile I didn’t know that accounts would be terminated after of not logging on for 1 year, so my account was terminated. I’m very annoyed a and sad because that account had items that were rare and I spent a lot of time on the app collecting things and to find out it was deleted just because I wasn’t logging in is so angering. First of all, people who spent money on this game and just didn’t play for awhile got all their money wasted, second of all this app takes really long to load to and they always spam you in the beginning with a bunch of events that most people don’t look at, go put it in the mailbox not in our screen. Lastly this game is cute and all, but if you’re gonna delete our accounts just because we haven’t logged in I’d say this game was never worth my time and I regret every single second of playing this because it was all a waste of space in the end. I won’t be playing this for as long as I live since they’ll just end up deleting accounts. ### 3/5 — Too expensive. *2020-08-14, version 7.7.2* So I’ve changed my review many times over the years and this is the last one. This game is fun, creative and the only game that I’ve been playing faithfully for now 5 years. However, as time goes along, the game no longer rewards players. Let me explain; when I first started in 2015, you used to be able to have a free spin in the new cash/gem gachas that came out which was nice considering it was thrill to see if you’d get a super rare item first try without sacrificing cash. Second, Las Vegas and Treasure Hunt Island were great ways to grind for items while getting rewarded along the way. All of these features have been defunct and replaced with crafting (tedious grinding for materials for a low chance of a good or rare product even with lucky dust), watching ads to earn gems replaced by randomized loot that has a HIGHER chance of being useless (extra hearts, smiles, dust, etc) and currently now garden items ALONG with interior items which were already frustratingly high chances to get. It seems obvious to me this company cares more of the revenue rather than the quality of experiences which is disheartening for older players like myself and younger players who are EXTREMELY encouraged to buy cash to have a better experience of the game. Would I suggest playing this? No. I only play now because I’ve sunken years of effort (and embarrassingly money) into this game. ### 2/5 — No longer fun, and way too expensive. *2020-06-16, version 7.6.2* I’ve been a long-time supporter and player of LINE Play since the day the app launched. In all honesty, LINE Play in its earlier years was my favorite game of this kind. As time passed, things got more and more expensive. If you want to have people notice you, and make more friends, you have to look good. The game will constantly bombard you with the newest items to buy, and more often than not these items will cost real-life money. The game no longer has features that really allow you to grind out the currency that can be earned in-game. This type of currency used to be more easily earned, but now you can only earn a specific and small amount per day. So, if you want to save up a big amount of it, it can take days... if not weeks. Also, items that cost this type of currency are very limited in comparison to the plethora of items than you can pull out your wallet for. If you’re someone who has hundreds to spend to keep with with new looks in LINE Play, I say go for it... but if it’s something you cannot afford, stay far away. A game like this can easily create a form of gambling addiction. ### 3/5 — It’s ok... *2020-06-15, version 7.6.2* Don’t get me wrong! This game is good, but it definitely could be better. First, making it easier to get in-game cash. Cash is the most valuable currency in a whole game. But, most players are either little kids or people who just want to have some fun. And the fact that cash is required to spin most of the really cute gachas, makes it hard to resist the temptation of buying some of it. (Since buying cash is the most common way to get it.) This brings me to my second reason... Bring back Las Vegas!! Las Vegas was such an amazing way to get really nice items, for just spinning and using the machines! (It was a while since we had it so I sort of forgot how it worked). You could even get cash! It made it so much fun to play and easier to get some of the expensive-looking items. When they took it out, it was like they took off a huge chunk of why I loved Line Play! In the end, I feel like this games should be more fair to the people who are playing, without the ability to buy any cash. Also, getting to V.I.P. should be a bit easier too. It depends on buying in in-game currency. I also feel like the all the creators want is just money. I understand, it’s how they pay the bills. But a lot more people would come join the game if it was a little fairer. ### 2/5 — It’s addicting but... *2020-05-29, version 7.6.1* Hey! I’ve been playing this game for more than 3 years! I loved it back then, and I hope you could bring some of the things back. Such as the lounges, or the little mini games... or a few more squares such as Las Vegas or Pirate Cove. I say the lounges were a big hit! I talk to a lot of people on line play, and they too would love the lounges back again. On top of that I think that you should be more giving. I’m saying in the sense such as the people who don’t want to spend money on here such as me. It’s really difficult having to wait a whole month for cash and not even that but the gachas are too much. I say that sometimes it’s a scam trying to save up gems but only receiving things such as staffs or something small like a sandals? I think it’s really unfair. And you could drop the price too I mean people are actually willing to spend more than $100+ I do really think that the prices could go down. Another thing: I love how when you start you get 10k and 5 cash. I think it’s a thing that should be given at the beginning of every month seeing as sometimes it is hard to really wait a while until the end. I also think that you should work on making the gachas fair. Like I said; sometimes the items are just unacceptable. I really hope you take your time to debrief on my thoughts and change a few things up. Bring back the lounges! ### 4/5 — Great game! *2020-04-01, version 7.5.0* I’ve been playing this game for almost a year now, and I love it. It’s really a fun game to relax, design, and dress up your avatar in cute outfits! I do agree that the currency system is quite frustrating, as most of the cuter and fancier gachas require in-game cash to spin, and it’s really not fair to some. A majority of players are most likely kids, or people who just want to unwind and have some fun. It also doesn’t help that most things are really expensive and might even require you to spend real money to get certain items. I think some currency trading systems would help a lot. Or the developers could put in a new system where we can earn cash by doing quests and other things like that. Because, believe it or not, you WILL be tempted. Even if it’s just a game, you will be tempted to buy cash in order to obtain those items... Enough of that for now. Even if there are certain problems like that, I still love this game. There are many chances to interact with other people from across the world. I’ve met so many people—some are annoying and rude, but there will always be people like that so :/ Most players are kind, hilarious, and sweet. I feel like Line Play is one of the only games that I’ve ever interacted with so many other people. I’ve made a lot of new friends, and although there are definitely things that could be improved, I love Line Play and I highly recommend you to try it! ### 3/5 — (Please read)! Major requests! Needs fix ups! *2019-12-30, version 7.3.0* I love this game soo much! I love the cute outfits and Gachas but I would like some Minnie games though. I feel it would be more entertaining with some other things you could do in this game because you really only dress up your character and pick gachas and that is really all you do. If there were Minnie games and more stuff to do then I would rate this game a 5 but sadly it doesn’t. And the VIP situation, I collected all my stars to be a platinum VIP player to get all the VIP Gachas, (btw the vip Gachas are the best Gachas well, because they are VIP) and I did become a platinum Vip player and I got my vip Gachas tickets. But the next day it was gone! I was not a platinum Vip member anymore! It does say that it is limited to be a platinum Vip member but really one single day? Are you kidding me? Soo ya please fix that! Although this is a very addicting game I do like it. But it does need some changes, as a request please, give us more days for the platinum Vip member and make Minnie games! Please and thank you! ### 3/5 — USED to be fun. *2019-12-08, version 7.3.0* PLEASE READ!! Line Play used to be one of my favorite mobile games. I would sign in everyday for months, grind up on cash and gems, and never had to spend a penny to have fun. I stopped playing ever since Las Vegas was taken down and the game is just barebones now. There’s no Las Vegas, no Fruit Monsters, no Treasure Hunt, no more chat rooms... all of the fun games are gone. The Atelier is cool I guess, but the way you collect materials becomes repetitive and the smiles and luck powders and stamina are just more micro transactions for Line to get your money. The reason I still play is because I hope Line will implement bigger and better games like they promised. Line Stadium is being closed and it was the last interactive Square (other than the Disney Squares which are, again, trying to get your money). I’m very disappointed that there has been no compensation for the lack/removal of actual content, especially to those who are paying for VIP. As I said, I hope that, preferably sooner than later, Line adds more games and things to do with friends that can make Line Play fun again. As it is, Line Play is a shell of what it once was. It’s not currently worth your download, because as a new player, it’ll be nearly impossible to get any joy out of this “game.” ### 3/5 — Great game but it has its problems *2019-10-28, version 7.1.0* The game is great I’ve had the game for roughly seven years now. I’ve made many friends and some I’ve made strong connections with and still talk to over the many years I’ve known them. The game had a great first three years, until they implemented the idea of cash (the in game version of gems or any other money bought in game currency). The impact of cash is huge you can’t really fully enjoy the game or enjoy many of the aspects of the game without committing to buying cash. Along with that the lack of male centered gachas is astounding. Back when the game began male and female avatars had their own gachas unique to them depending if your avatar was male or female. 9/10 gachas are guaranteed to be all female now, hair/dresses/make-up. It may be part of the developers interest to appeal to the majority of female avatars but I’m not sure of the statistics of how many of each gendered avatars there are in game. I’m not opposed to a male avatar wearing female centered clothes but it would be nice to bring back male clothing or male gachas in general. Overall it’s a great game but mainly the overall need of cash to buy gachas and the lack of male clothing is what turns me off now. ### 4/5 — I’ll give this 4 stars!!💗 *2019-10-21, version 7.1.0* I have nothing bad to say about this app although I always start playing this game as a guest because it’s easier and I don’t have to go through the whole verification process. But every time i leave the app it logs me out of the account that made which happened 2 times already and I had to make a new account the second time though I deleted the app because I didn’t want to go through with this any longer. If you guys want prof look up Aspen I made her look different the second time around and in my dairy i told everyone I made a new account. Which I’m not new to this game at all I started playing in 2015 or 2016 and instantly fell in love even those times I used to play as a guest and this problem never occurred. I’m very disappointed and so is my sister who also plays as a guest. We loved playing together while I had my account and her name is Nova. I’m not hating on this app in any kind of way it’s just that this problem is very new to me in so many different ways. ### 4/5 — Why so greedy? *2019-07-02, version 6.9.4* I write a review about this but I have something else I wanna say. Ur guys are greedy for money I went on it today and saw that something about cash and eyes but u have to pay 99. 99 dollars for it that basically 100 dollars why would u charge that much ofc kids gonna beg there parents for that money for vip and stuff also I wanted to chat with friends but I can’t I tried other things that I wanna try but it said sorry u can’t use or whatever I, watch a vid about this game and it said that this game use the same outfits for years can’t u guys make new outfits instead of lying like there new? I have played this game since 2015 and I’ve seen how it’s changed over the past few years. It has NOT changed for the better. It used to be so much easier to get gems and cash but now it’s much more difficult. Gold vips are useless since all vip gachas are platinum. Gachas that don’t require vips are expensive, whether it’s in cash or gems. This game just wants your money. Even if you do plan on spending money, the prices in US dollars are just too high. The only redeeming feature was Las Vegas, which gave players a way to obtain items even if it took some grinding, but now it’s conveniently gone. I’m not saying that you shouldn’t download this game though, I’ve made a lot of long term friends from all over the world with this app and I’m happy I met them. But when so many of the apps functions are closed off to you because you have to pay (when you can’t) it makes it boring. It doesn’t help that a lot of the players are children so they have to beg for money from their parents just to get the fictional currency. If you’re reading this as someone deciding whether or not you want to download, I would say still go for it. After all, it’s all a matter of opinion. The least you would spend on gatcha for the quality is 7 or if you have vip. Most people in this game are teenagers or young 20 year olds but I feel as the quality of art that goes into it has decreased meanwhile the value has increased. I feel like they were more creative previous years but now it’s simply a different color/ add more glitter or add an extra lash, hat, or hair color shade. It’s sad that they are getting paid hundreds with minimal effort. I do love gacha but I found it like a bit ruthless to feel like people should spend that much for something ok. Worst part is that if you get something again(which happens a lot) they don’t give you much gems. To me gems are pretty much worthless unless you want to find the missing clues. But even those also include coins(the ones you would need to purchase). I feel like they should compensate any items that are extra to coins since many people actually waste real money for duplicates. It only makes sense. ### 1/5 — Great game but.... *2021-03-04, version 8.1.0* I have played this game since 2017 as a kid and I loved it! I made a lot of friends and got some good items from old gachas :D But sadly this game feels like more of a scam then an enjoyable game. Everything needs cash, without cash you really can’t do anything and what really bugs me is how the VIP gachas are 0 cash but you have to be VIP platinum in order to use it which means you have to spend your money for one free roll. And even though the daily rewards do give you Blue Royal tickets (sometimes), VIP exp, VIP tickets, and cash, it won’t really matter because things are expensive in this game and they expect you to login everyday so one day you can reach VIP Royal which is 5000 VIP experience and they barely give you any exp. And the worst thing that they did in my opinion was get rid of the casino. The casino actually gave people a chance to get items and clothes by playing but then they removed it and that’s when I stopped playing. I probably spent about 150$ on this game for ONE VIP GACHA and I stopped realizing how the game just wants your money. ### 1/5 — Trash *2020-11-28, version 7.9.0* This game used to be so fun, but now everything has changed. The creators have turned into greedy pigs and now everything you used to get for free cost money. They have put a price tag on everything. My friend spent her own money on her account just to see if it’s really worth it. Unfortunately it’s not, all the gacha and items she spent cash on were duplicates or items that were common. This game has turned may users into addicts because of the “deals” like how they say everything is free on the first try but you have to be VIP meaning you have to spend money first. Or you can get this super rare item but you have to collect 100 points from the gacha items even though the most common ones are worth less than 5 points so therefore you have to spend money to get more cash to spend on the gacha. Every time you try to make friends it’s impossible because they make fun of people who don’t have rare items and show off theirs, intimidating other users to spend money. Overall, if you are looking for a good dress up game and to make friends, just go to roblox. It’s honestly much better than this and the concept allows everyone to make friends without having to spend money. ### 1/5 — Greedy greedy game *2020-11-11, version 7.9.0* Are used to play line play back in the golden days until they deleted my account for not being active in a year, which is pretty stupid honestly but I digress. I decided to try and give it another chance and see if it’s still worth playing and restarting and it’s really not. You literally have to pay to do anything, and im not exaggerating . Ive never played a game that would charge money to heart another user, when hearts have absolutely no value but to just let the user know that you like their setup. even to complete stuff for certain events you gotta go through some sort of pay wall first. And if ypu do buy their currency it really doesn’t go along way. I don’t recommend playing this game unless you have plenty of disposable income. You might be tempted because its looks cute and unlike pokecolo its in English, but I'm telling you pass on this game. ### 1/5 — No longer able to log in? - cintakorn *2020-09-01, version 7.8.0* I was literally on yesterday, and I normally don’t have to log in again with my Facebook account. But today, it was logged out. I had an account back in 2015, and they deleted it years later because I wasn’t on. Makes sense. I made a new one back in late July, and I’ve been able to post art again and make new friends (specifically more art buds) along with seeing some old ones. Obviously, LP is not the same these days, with so much advertising to be a VIP and whatnot, but my friends are the reason I’ve been back on lately anyway. I clicked on the Facebook button to log in with my account, and it said: “App Not Setup: This app is still in development mode, and you don’t have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions.” Why is it like this? I’ve had no problems logging in before. Is there anyway to contact admin? Because that’s what the words said! It’s going to be hard to have to add my friends again and start a whole new account, as I’ve done a lot to figure out how I wanted my avatar and house to be like :( Maybe it’s a sign that I should stop altogether, as it HAS been taking my time. You'll know why I’m not on anymore unless this is figured out. ### 1/5 — Addicting but toxic *2020-06-26, version 7.6.2* At first when I got this game I got it for the clothes and cute items. I was disappointed to see most of the cute items are only achievable by spending money in real life. I’ve met a lot of great people on this game but a lot of people are 20+, creepy, or rude. When I played a couple things that I wish were added or dropped are a camera setting like in the circle but for squares and your room, new fashion shop items (maybe even customizable), reporting to be more effective, more face options, more skin tones and items that go with them, the age rating to go up, and more new and old squares. Now onto the title of this review, addicting but toxic. I spent many hours on this game but something that always came up were toxic people. Some people would make hate accounts just to get someone annoyed or worked up. I don’t have any ideas to solve that but please think of some. Other people are 20+ and prey on little girls mostly, they never got banned once! Even if someone inappropriate got banned it would only be for a day. Also many of the items in line play are mature and not for the eyes of 5 year olds. I chose 3 stars because I had a good experience but many others haven’t. ### 1/5 — Rigged Game *2019-11-18, version 7.2.0* I honestly almost never write reviews and this is going to be my first one. The game is “fun” and “addicting” yes, but it is the type of game that gets you to spend as much as possible. However, for people who take the time to actually save a whole bunch of Gems/Cash either from daily stamps or missions ends up never getting anything good in gatchas (take me for an example —> spent a good 3 months saving up to 80k gems because in this game it’s just that hard to save gems; decided to stupidly use it on the Gem VIP Gatcha which also btw you need to pay to rank up in VIP membership to access those Gatchas, but sometimes they’ll give it to you for free during certain months-ends up getting repeated useless items that isn’t worth a total of 80k) I feel like this game is rigged and paid players are able to get a lot more good items since they paid, but still players who earned their in game gems is also hardwork ends up getting absolutely nothing-which is unfair, the odds of getting good items are just comparably low. Anyways if you want to play this game, just know that once you become a old-time player don’t expect to get anything good when spinning gatchas. ### 1/5 — Why.... *2019-07-15, version 6.9.4* I started playing this game some time ago. (about 4 or 5 years ago) but somewhere in that time I stopped. Back then this game was very addicting and fun. Later or this year I came back to play line play one again thinking it would be the same .... NOPE. I was wrong, very wrong. Line play went to a 5 or 4 star to a 1 star in my book. I really hope they bring back many of the games in line play that used to be in there, and not only put that one fruit game. Back then it was way easier to also collect money. In that fruit game somewhere if you made 50 friends you could win soo much money. And if my memory is right you would get 50,000 gems it was the happiest time ever. And they even gave people free first time gatcha a lot.( so basically they would let people get a spin for free more often) And seeming how this game now is honestly just a big letdown. I don’t want to get started with all the other things wrong with this new line play but if you think line play right now is good then you should go back and see the long line play. and if they ever want to go back into into the old version then, and only then will I go and give this game a good review and a rating.😑＜(。_。)＞ ### 1/5 — NOT WORTH DOWNLOADING. VERY MONEY-HUNGRY. *2018-08-10, version 6.2.1* I've been playing this game for about 3 years now, and the latest update is the worst one yet. In the past, it was quite easy to get gems (in game currency) but it was so much easier to buy gems with your own money. In fact, compared to the new update, it was pretty ok. But this new update is complete trash. This app is very money hungry, and honestly, someone playing this will not enjoy it to the fullest without putting in their own money. Line Play has quests you can do to earn free gems. Before the update, you could get about 300 gems for most of the quests. But now, you can get up to only 100 gems! Additionally, you can watch ads 4 times to get 1,000 gems a day. But the catch is, you have to wait 10 minutes between each ad. It took me nearly an hour to get those gems. Obviously, this is just Line Play's plan to get players to put in their own money and buy gems so it would be much easier to obtain them. Save yourself the time and money and do not download this game. Also, if the Line Play staff is reading this, please change the update. Many players right now have left the game due to this and many are leaving bad reviews. Out of all the games I’ve played, this has the most expensive in app purchases. I understand if you can spend 1$- 5$ for some additional in game currency, but items can cost up to 100$ in Line Play. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Please don’t delete *2024-01-17* I’ve been playing line play since 2016. Line play has always been updating and trying to revamp their app to make it more fun and inclusive and etc but, the way line play was back then was a lot more fun, challenging and so much more engaging. Line play even had their own games which I loved and even line play was an experience to make you feel special and more engaged into the game. Everything about it was perfect. Now this game it’s about completing quests and doing extra things that isn’t super engaging as much as it use to be. It is challenging but keeping the engagement while you play is not there the way it use to be. And I believe this is why line play rates have gone lower. Everything about line play was exclusive. The games, the clothes, the rooms and etc. it’s truly sad to see this app go because I grew up on it. I truly think if line play goes back to it’s originality it would and revamp it or make it even better with engagement and making it more of a community again and also advertising it correctly the app rates will go up higher. For those two years, I’ve made so many memories, met so many amazing people, and slowly increased my character’s closet. I wouldn’t have known I’ve been playing for two years if it hadn’t been my “character’s birthday” showing up to surprise me with gifts. I’m writing a review just for that reason. I’ve watched this game evolve over the years. I’ve grown attached, obsessed even, to this game. I used to feel the need to spend money to close the gap between the paid users, being a free to play person after all. But, I no longer feel that need. The game is very generous now with its Login Rewards, Quests, and overall “paid currency” (used to have to pay just to get this currency). It’s not the same game as when I first started playing—it’s better. ### 5/5 — Great, but... *2019-11-26, version 7.2.0* This app is amazing! You get to customize your character, make friends, and basically do whatever you want. But there are a few reasons I don’t fully like this app. The first reason is, how do you change your name?! I’ve been trying to change it and I don’t know how! If anyone knows how, please tell me! The next reason why this app is just okay is because of the fact that it’s not really addicting. I once had another app that was just like this game, except it was an older app. I’m pretty sure Line Play is just a replica of PIGG PARTY. But... the Gacha’s in Line Play are way more creative and their not really Gacha’s. In PIGG PARTY, you got to have friends and all that. But since that game was mostly made for people in Japan, I can’t play anymore. Neither can my mom. After that incident I have been looking for an app like that and then I came across this app! Okay, enough story time, onto the last reason why I don’t really like this game. Lastly, I want this game to let you choose your own color hair, clothes, shoes, etc. I don’t really like how you just choose plain colors with all the same hairstyles for each different colored hair. Why not there be gradient hair?! Purple hair?! There are so many different things that I would like to be changed in the app. ### 5/5 — Awesome but there one problem *2019-11-13, version 7.2.0* I really love playing this game. It cool and addictive. I’m a new beginner and I still had the 14 day present from Cherry, I’m on my 8th day and before I went to bed my bed last night(my 7th day) It said to wait 11 hours and the present day 8 you’ll be ready. So in the morning(right now) I went on my phone to look at Line Play and when I was getting my app opens up I remembered about the 11 day gifts from Cherry. And when I opened it up, a little notification showed up saying that day 8 was expired, and I really wanted to get the Gacha Ticket, and it turns out I have to wake up early in the morning, but I can’t do that I have school when I wake up. So I want the gift from the day 8 box, but I can’t. And it says it’s expired. Can you help me. Thank you. P.S. I have played this game before but I deleted it for space, so recently I have downloaded the game so I know how some things work. Thank you. I hope you can help me with my problem. (Sorry if there is bad grammar in here.) ### 5/5 — Could be better *2019-05-22, version 6.9.2* I’ve been playing this game on and off since 2013 it has dramatically changed since I first played it being money hungry and all I don’t mind that cuz that’s like a lot of games nothing new pay to win the people who are whining about the fact it’s expensive and greedy and stuff are kids they aren’t old enough to have a job so they can’t buy the things on the game they have to ask their parents and they parents see the prices and say no they get on here and complain my thing is just recently I bought cash and a few outfits changed my character look and out of no where I get flooded with friend requests I was a noob 2 days before then that’s crazy...and also fix your daily quests every time I go try to do the quests in peoples rooms it says “please try again later” I don’t have time for that I’m trying to get gems and stop decreasing gems I know is less value than cash but seriously that’s annoying anyways I posted this review with 5 stars so people can see it you all have a blessed day ### 5/5 — A change in my life *2018-04-09, version 5.9.0* I rated this 5 stars because I met the greatest people on here. I joined Line Play on late June 2015. Where it all began. During my journey I found great friends, on this very day I’m getting snap chats, text messages, and phone calls from over 10 people I met on line play. This changed who I was and made me a better person. Although I became attached to my phone and anti social, it was truly worth it. Line play had some...very dramatic people. For example, the Boks and Booz. Everyone wanted to join their squad. They were basically the queens of Line Play. Over 12,000 hearts, 1,000 friends, and a basic face. Many people hated them, but many adored them. Line play was like my second life. My avatar was me, and I met people around the world! The coolest thing is the fact that you can meet them in real life. To be honest all my friends from here never play line play anymore. But this bond we all got was all from Line Play. A start of Happiness and Friendship. I regret spending $300 on here, but the people I met are irreplaceable. True friends, great game, new life. Sure it has impress me for a month or so but never this long. I’ve played line play a few years ago and I accidentally deleted my avatar so I thought there was no more hope and I gave up so I just deleted it. After a few years later I saw many you tubers advertising line play and I just remembered this game and I decided to give it another try. It was summer 2k17 when I decide to download it again and I instantly fell in love with it. I asked my sister to download it and she did she also love it then this idea hits me. What if I asked my 2 closest cousin to download it. After they download it, they also loved it and we would ft almost everyday for the summer just to play line play. We’ve never gotten that close ever but because of line play, I realized how much I loved playing with my cousins and we gotten so close. Soon enough my cousins and sister became my best friends. I would go to room parties and invite them. Even when the summer ended, we still play. We always try to play as much as we can. This game has really strengthened my relationships with my cousins. ### 4/5 — 50/50 *2023-10-13* I’ve been playing this game for many many years. It really is a fun game and you can meet so many amazing people. There’s just some issues I have with it. First of all, when you first enter the game you usually get so many pop ups. I know it’s not that big of a deal but the pop ups happen so often it’s obnoxious I wish there was a way to turn them off I hate when they constantly happen when I go to another menu. Second off tho it is easy to grind your cash and gems and stuff to look fairly decent you have to spend a lot of time / money which is kinda ridiculous tho they did make this easier for new accounts which is cool. This game is really addicting if you’re into customizing and dressing up your characters but there’s not many male clothing it’s mostly female which there’s nothing wrong with that I just wish there were more options for dudes or at least up your chances on getting the male clothes if that’s your selected gender. I do really love this game. I know it isn’t as popular as it use to be and that’s understandable it’s an old game plus most of the fun features like the casino and fishing for gems were removed which is unfortunate but yea. If you like dressing up cute characters and don’t mind spending some money this game would be perfect for you :) ### 4/5 — I could be mistaken, but… *2022-10-31, version 9.0.0* First I wanna say, love this game a lot it’s so creative with all the cute items and just overall fun. However, what is not fun is that we have to spend money to even attempt to get the good stuff, which is not fair. Y’all need to add things to make getting gems and cash a little more easier cause then the game becomes boring. That should be something simple to fix. Now, to the main reason I’m writing this review I could be mistaken but I can’t chat with a lot of players wether that’s because there’s only foreign players (which I’m not sure is the developers problem or something simple I can fix in the settings) and no one is in the little lounge rooms and such. There was never a problem like this ever since I played a couple years ago on and off. I’ve seen other players mention as well.
