for once, I’m gonna say that I don’t like the update. I miss the old login tree where you get power-ups (cherry/power/exp). Plus I stopped getting anything other than 2x on lucky spins (thus I no longer watch ads for more spins). I’ve been playing this game for years, and I’m hoping it doesn’t get any worse than it is now.

I can't figure out why Line would abandon the sequel to this game which is significantly better, similar to the Pop and Bubble line of games.
I've enjoyed it for years, then out of nowhere they don't support it anymore and any progress I made is gone but I'm welcome to start over on then non line version? No thank you. It took forever to get where I was in the game.

Played this game for years (since 2015) and never had an issue... until after updating to iOS v 12.0.1 I can’t log into the game anymore. It won’t connect to my LINE app, keeps saying “Sorry. There were problems logging you in. Please wait a while before trying again.” Well it’s been over a month now so idk how long “a while” is anymore... please get it fix ASAP

Was good when it came out. straight forward and simple. now its overly complex and its a clear attempt by developers to get you to play and buy upgrades. to get into the game you have to wait for the game to initialize, download resources, or crash. sometimes its Not worth the effort.

Love the game but ull lose progress and lives every time it has a network failure. Dont buy items either cuz this network failure happens all the time. What a scam. Hope they fix it!

We have been playing Pokopang for more than a decade.  (It brought our family together while some were studying in Japan.)
The latest updated version has great graphics, but the user interface stinks. Special characters/monsters acquired over the years have disappeared.
After being frustrated playing the newest version, my family and I have decided to discontinue playing. 
I suspect we'll unload it and find a new family game if the UI continues to be difficult to navigate.

This game is horrible, it always crashes which makes you lose gems if you spent any on a round. It’s a waste of time. Don’t play it. The developers are not fixing the crash. Don’t know if they are intelligent enough to acknowledge that fact.

I love to play with POKOPANG. But I have a huge problem after playing. I’m receiving scams on my text a lot. I already have been receiving scams from phone calls a lot. Now I have been receiving both from phone calls & texts A LOT.  I don’t want to play POKOPANG.  it’s TOOOO MUCH‼️‼️‼️

I’ve lost dozens of clovers, daily quests, and tokens at this point because I keep getting the aforementioned error. When will this be fixed and will we be compensated for the huge amount of stuff that’s been lost because of this error?

It’s a great game, don’t get me wrong. I really enjoyed it when it worked. 

It’s happened more than just a few times; where I build myself up to finally play the boss, select the items I want and then it terminates, taking everything with it. All my cherries I built up, all my keys. It’s SO FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I play on 4G all the time so I don’t know what’s happening, but it’s so infuriating I had to write a review. And I never do!

The crash at startup debacle has been taken care of so that play can occur. Too bad that I lost a days worth of events within both PokoPang and PokoPoko; but, we cannot expect to have everything.

It's no doubt a very fun game, and really addicting, too...but the latest update erased the Mirage Island, si you can't collect enough diamonds to play hard anymore, my score hasn't been improved since they eliminated the Mirage Island.
Well, I could, if I actually buy with real money.
