I watched the tutorial on how to use the app, when I moved the shotgun stick to the feed thru and clicked it. Thanks! ### 1/5 — App does not work *2024-11-26* The app stays stuck on an ad every time I open it **Developer response:** Press the "X" in the top left and in the settings menu on the home screen you can turn ads off permanently. ### 4/5 — Think it’s great *2026-07-27* I think this app is great for teaching or learning when new to underground power, I think it has a great opportunity to grow and expand on URD devices or systems like thumping wire, service savers and how to set up, cubicles, metering cubicles, or showing more advanced switching with cubicle switches and loops together, or even other URD terminations like t-body’s, potheads, or maybe even splices. I so think it’s a good idea for the secondary pedestal and meter base setup that’s already coming soon. Also adding troubleshooting on secondary may be an idea. I’m a PLT and would like to see if there’s a way the dev’s could make some modifications to add another qualified worker as well as have it simulated with an individual. It’s helped my understanding of the field a lot. I wish there was an option to turn of the “Fault Indicators” because that is something that I don’t have in my actual field of work. Overall great app, would recommend! ### 5/5 — Gameplay *2025-08-22* I wish there were harder simulations. Including things like changing out three phase pads, single phase loops inside three phase loops, blown out elbows, bad bushings, and cubicles. I have found that I’ve done every quiz simulation there is. Cut cables in complicated loops that cross over each other would be a great example of a hard problem. Also if you could put the materials on the side of the transformers. It can be very hard to reach those at the bottom of the screen when using a phone with a case. Other than that this app is perfect for learning. I look forward to the update for secondaries and meter bases. Honest mistake on my end! *2025-06-20* Bought the app, went straight into cable isolation where “the shotgun stick wasn’t working”. Not knowing that if I were to have just went through the tutorial I would have saved a lot of time! I emailed the owner and he helped me out in seconds!!! 1 - PICK UP SHOTGUN STICK WITH ONE FINGER 2 - DRAG THE SHOTGUN STICK TO WHAT EVER YOU HAVE TO PICK UP AND KEEP YOUR FINGER ON THE SCREEN 3 - USE ANOTHER FINGER TO PICK UP THE ITEM **Developer response:** I really appreciate the review man!
