Just that alphabet lessons need some improvement though. Most of the letters are too strict to trace each of the suggested writing order. For example “ठ(țh)” in Hindi. The lesson never ends no matter how many times I tried. But the microphone feature that tests the user’s pronunciation is buggy. It often hangs and then doesn’t actually capture spoken words. Not worth it if it doesn’t work. ### 4/5 — 좋아용^ - ^ *2026-08-18* 듀오링고만 쓰다가 광고떠서 설치했는데 너무 좋네요. 실생활에서 쓸 수 있는 문장이 많아서 더 좋은 것 같아요. 하지만 일본어 문장에서 한자가 많이 나올 때는 조금 보기 힘드네요. 가타카나나 히라가나는 밑에 발음을 보지않아도 읽을 수 있지만 한자는 발음을 보는 경우가 많은데 모든 발음이 문장밑에 적혀있으니 어디까지 읽었는지 헷갈리네요ㅠ.ㅠ 발음 표기를 없애는 기능을 실행하면 한자도 못 읽게 되니까 따로 후라가나 기능을 만들었으면 좋겠습니다ㅠ.ㅠ 제 기준이긴한데 아직 초급단계인데 좀 어려운 느낌이 있는 것 같아요. 문법적 설명이나 단어설명을 조금 넣으면 정말 좋을 것 같아요! **Developer response:** Hi Recyl! Best regards, Recyl ### 4/5 — Good at long full sentences *2026-08-18, version 8.6.1* I especially like the languages not often on apps like Gujarati. ### 5/5 — Learning Tagalog *2026-08-17, version 8.6.1* I’m Learning Tagalog so I can watch viva one shows with out having to see the subtitles it’s good so far ### 3/5 — Based on incorrect grammar *2026-08-17, version 8.6.1* I’ve been studying Norwegian for over 30 years, and I thought I would try it out on this app. First, I noticed there are a lot of grammatical errors and words that they do not even say in Norway in common speaking, which troubled me. For somebody who doesn’t know that and is going to think they actually are speaking correctly. Also, the system kept giving me zero percentage with my pronunciation, which is quite funny as I said I’ve been speaking the language for over 30 years and my friends all think I speak almost as as well as they do. The idea behind the app is great. I feel that too much of the translation and language learning is based on AI generated information and not commonly accepted vocabulary, and incorrect translation.
