## What is Linglet?

Linglet turns real news into short, level-tuned readings — so you pick up European Portuguese from stories based on your interests, a few minutes a day.

Every day you get fresh, real-world articles rewritten for your level (A2, B1, or B2). Read at your own pace, tap any word to see what it means and save it, and listen to natural narration to train your ear.

WHY LINGLET
• Real, current stories — not textbook filler
• Rewritten for your exact level (A2 / B1 / B2)
• Tap any word for an instant meaning, then save it to study
• Natural audio narration, with slower speeds for the tricky bits
• Quick comprehension checks after every story
• Practice your saved words with spaced repetition, so they stick
• Chat about the story with a friendly AI partner and get gentle feedback
• Write a sentence and get natural-sounding corrections
• Track your streak, the words you're learning, and your weekly progress

HOW IT WORKS
1. Read today's story at your level.
2. Tap the words you don't know — see the meaning, save the good ones.
3. Listen to lock in pronunciation.
4. Check your understanding, then practice or chat to make it stick.

Whether you're getting ready for a trip, reconnecting with family roots, or just love the language, Linglet makes daily practice something you look forward to.

Currently focused on European Portuguese (pt-PT), with more languages on the way.
