### 2/5 — Would be better if you could see the logged items under the graph

*2026-08-30*

The other thing I think would be a big improvement would be that since it gives you the ability to mark events in your day - when you eat or work out, for example, and to tag what you’ve eaten - if you could see what you’ve logged right below the graph if you tap on the log icon. You can actually tap on those indicators in the graph and they’ll … just change color, nothing else. It would be great if tapping on one of the icons pulled up the tags you originally entered just below the graph, so you could see it right there instead of having to scroll down. You can scroll down and see what you’ve entered, and then scroll back up, but the fact you can tap on it and it just changes color is a bit disappointing - it would be so much more useful if you didn’t have to scroll back and forth - you have the graph right there, see what you’ve done and how it impacts your glucose all together.

Overall, it’s meh. Mostly just told me what I already knew. Most annoying is I paid for two sensors to get a month, and I got just over a week out of each. The first one fell off after 8 days. The second one just … stopped working (and it took forever to figure out how to pair the *second* one, because it was still looking for the first - have to go to “Help” to find the “unpair” button, rather than putting it under, say, “My sensor”). Seems as if the second just lost connection, and the app just says to turn the phone off and on again, and Bluetooth off and on again. I’ve done that a few times in a few ways and … nothing. This one after 9 days. And I don’t see any further support options for it.

### 3/5 — Very Helpful

*2026-08-28, version 1.11.0*

I was once rated as prediabetic with a 6.1 and approximately two months later without even trying my A1c showed 5.3. Because of that, I decided to look for something that was going to at least help me make decisions about what I’m eating and what I’m not doing and Lingo is the answer to that.

### 4/5 — Useful tool in figuring out blood sugar

*2026-08-28, version 1.11.0*

I’ve been using lingo for 2-3 month continually and it has helped me manage my diabetes. When I see in real time that my bs is over 200 I know to go move my body or wait to eat a meal until it’s come down. I have concerns about my health bcz of the blue tooth devise inserted into my arm but I don’t plan to use forever.

### 3/5 — Hit and miss

*2026-08-28, version 1.11.0*

Sometimes a sensor lasts for the full two weeks sometimes it lasts less

### 4/5 — Excellent Data

*2026-08-27, version 1.11.0*

The data is excellent and has caused me to change my eating habits. I tried downloading the data into Excel, but there is so much data that I can’t do much with it.

### 4/5 — Accuracy

*2026-08-27, version 1.11.0*

I love the fact that it will show me how my blood sugar spikes with certain foods. However, I found that the count is 10 to 20 points under what my meter shows.

### 3/5 — Works for what it is

*2026-08-26, version 1.11.0*

The app is easy to use. Unfortunately, the quality of the censored adhesive is not the greatest. Most of the time they do not last the two full weeks, even with extra adhesive reinforcement/protection.

### 4/5 — Need better way to track water and other beverages

*2026-08-26, version 1.11.0*

Need better way to track water and other beverages. Only categories under Food & Drink are meal types. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and snack does not cover drinking beverages; especially water or coffee.

### 2/5 — Sensor error

*2026-08-25, version 1.11.0*

The first sensor fell off after 2 days (playing golf) and the 2nd sensor worked for 2 hours and now it’s impossible to get paired with the app.

### 4/5 — alma gallardo

*2026-08-25, version 1.11.0*

las mejor

### 2/5 — Pretty to look at, but…

*2026-08-24, version 1.11.0*

While it’s colorful eye candy, there isn’t much useful information. Exporting your data just gives you a bunch of dates, times, and numbers - no useful info such as GMI, graphs, average daily glucose, and no associated log entries. Graph is hard to read and numbers you thought you saw earlier disappear. The only thing I liked was how easy it was to apply the device; however, the device would disconnect whenever I left the room where my phone was located. Had to toggle Bluetooth off/on and close/relaunch app to get it to reconnect (sometimes more than once). Plus, because it gives readings every minute, it eats up the phone battery. Not a fan.
Update 8/24/26: Requested account and data deletion through Lingo website. Received e-mail acknowledging receipt of request and that they’d update in “1-2 days”. Been a week and haven’t heard anything. So much for customer service.

### 4/5 — Wonderful app

*2026-08-24, version 1.11.0*

Super helpful with an easy way to log food, exercise and events that could be impacting your levels. Found the Lingo counter confusing, unintuitive and not helpful. Just give me one number to focusing on.

Their customer support is excellent and I appreciated their commitment to a full 14 days use of the modul when I had one get knocked off before it expired. The sent a replacement which arrived quickly at no charge.

Although it not listed as supported in the Noom app, I was able to get the data transferred over along with my Apple Health data so I have an easy way to track weight, meals, glucose, meds, and exercise all in one place along with the Noom support modules.

So I give it super high marks for convenience and customer support. A low mark for whatever the heck the lingo count is and appreciate the data flowing to other apps so I have a complete picture and support in my weight loss journey.

### 3/5 — Bad sensors

*2026-08-24, version 1.11.0*

I’ve had to have a least 3 replaced because it fails or goes dead for no reason. Stays on arm well tho.

### 4/5 — Calendar options

*2026-08-24, version 1.11.0*

Where do I find the spot to change the date?I don’t always have a new unit to be in the date range of reality. Thank you

### 2/5 — Lingo reliability

*2026-08-24, version 1.11.0*

I am having constant connection issues and the Lingo CGM losing power in 7-10 days

### 4/5 — I like the data, but…

*2026-08-23, version 1.11.0*

Even though I scrub and use alcohol to clean my arm, I have yet to have a Lingo sensor stay in place more than 10 days.
To their credit, customer service did replace the one I reported quickly.

### 3/5 — Lingo is the best

*2026-08-22, version 1.11.0*

The last three sensors I have used have had problems. I would really appreciate it if this issue could be resolved because I have had to replace the sensors and purchase new ones, only to experience problems with those as well. I really like this sensor and have generally been happy with it, but unfortunately, the last three sensors I have received have been defective

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Not a very reliable product

*2026-08-28, version 1.11.0*

50 percent failure rate on biosensors, impossible to get Lingo Support.

### 1/5 — Sensors are wrong

*2026-08-22, version 1.11.0*

The sensors have not been accurate since I started. I’ve had two just stop working. I have had one that just would not sync. Very unreliable

### 1/5 — Do not like the Lingo points system

*2026-08-22, version 1.11.0*

Lingo points really wreck this product and app. Perhaps it works for a beginner who has no idea where to start with metabolism but for the experienced bio hacker it’s a worthless measure.

### 1/5 — Mixed experiences

*2026-08-22, version 1.11.0*

I’ve been using Lingo for a few weeks and so far 4 (updated 8/20/2026) sensors have been faulty and 1 has worked fine. For me this is not good because I don’t feel confident that the reading they are showing is the correct one. Also, customer service keeps asking the same questions and requesting the same information even though they already have all my information on their website. I will try with the other sensors I have but so far only one sensor out of three has worked. Even though they have my information on their website, every time I submit a replacement, they make me fill the same information about my address, the phone I use, the app version etc. gets to be very annoying on top of the inconvenience of the sensors breaking down

### 1/5 — Biosensors fall off very easily

*2026-08-17, version 1.11.0*

I have used 6 biosensors, 2 have fallen off. The last one fell off about six hours after putting it on. The quality of the adhesive is very poor. Will switch to different brand.

### 1/5 — Battery hog

*2026-08-09, version 1.11.0*

The lingo app has become a major drain on my battery since the last update, consuming nearly 57% and draining it within just a few hours. Additionally, the syncing seems to be way off; the Lingo display is consistently four to five hours behind, and I can only see the latest count after restarting the app. The count also appears to fluctuate quite a bit, which makes it urgent that they fix these issues so we can continue using the app effectively.

### 1/5 — Been using these for over a year what a shame they have become junk

*2026-08-09, version 1.11.0*

Not only do I have one out of every three sensors is defective and quite often the sensor they send you to replace it is defective, but on top of that now the app with an iPhone, it will not show you the current day you have to turn your iPhone off and restart it every day for the Lingo app to work totally outrageous

### 1/5 — Won’t connect - 2 sensors, 2 phones

*2026-08-08, version 1.11.0*

Excited to try this product, it worked for my wife for 14 days, but my first sensor didn’t work- it connected the very first time- then not again. Tried for 5 days- red dot consistently in the app- no sensor.

Abbot replaced the sensor- same thing happened w #2.

Thinking it might be my phone- I tried connecting to my wife’s phone (which worked for her sensor)- no luck. All our other 10 BT devices show up, but not the Lingo.

This 2026, why is BT so hard to work with?

1.11.0 software.

### 1/5 — Keeps failing

*2026-08-07, version 1.11.0*

I’ve tried 4 lingos by now and they keep failing for some reason or another. The first time lingo sent an automatic replacement but not for the other failures.
Quite disappointed with the inconsistency!

### 1/5 — Product keeps failing

*2026-08-07, version 1.11.0*

My current meter won’t even finish the activation cycle. It tries to set up for like 10 minutes then says it failed

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — BFF/Mini computer

*2026-08-26, version 1.11.0*

I wanted to reach out and share high praise for the Lingo biosensor. Having this little computer provides incredible real-time biofeedback that has completely transformed how I understand my metabolism, stress triggers, and daily nutrition. It is an amazing tool, and I want to thank your engineering and product teams for creating such an eye-opening device!

### 5/5 — Easy to use and great health info

*2026-08-24, version 1.11.0*

The lingo device is easy to use, painless application and very helpful information to help get blood sugar in more control

### 5/5 — Opinión

*2026-08-23, version 1.11.0*

Excelente, no tengo preocupación por mis niveles de glucosa

### 5/5 — Great for health minded adults

*2026-08-23, version 1.11.0*

I eat clean but cheat a little bit once in a blue moon, but this was perfect to help me learn more about my glucose ups and downs, and they gave me guidance on how to incorporate carbs to keep the glucose Spikes down. It was great, educational content challenges and I would totally use this again.

### 5/5 — No more worries

*2026-08-23, version 1.11.0*

I no longer have to be concerned about my sugar levels. It’s an easy process and no more guessing or worrying

### 5/5 — Lingo Sensor

*2026-08-23, version 1.11.0*

My Lingo sensor history has been positive. I do recommend these sensors. I did have an issue with one sensor and called their support number which was very easy and helpful. I plan to continue to use Lingo.

### 5/5 — Lingo gives great information

*2026-08-23, version 1.11.0*

Lingo has provided me with helpful information as I track my blood sugar. It has shown me what foods affect a rise and the difference in timing of my meals.

### 5/5 — Glucose

*2026-08-21, version 1.11.0*

I thought I half way understood blood sugar, I didn’t. This CGM. Is very educational.

### 5/5 — Best Customer Service ever

*2026-08-21, version 1.11.0*

Don't think about any other CGM except Lingo. I've used them all they all fall out of my arm if they get knocked out or whatever. Lingo will replace it. No questions asked done over with. That's the kind of Customer Service. I need to commit this kind of money to monitoring my blood sugar every week. They have my business forever registered. I live in Florida and get wet several times daily they stay in. Use a commonly available sensor cover and it will stay in so permanently that you have to soak your arm in the shower in order to dissolve the adhesive that is amazing!

### 5/5 — Absolutely love Lingo

*2026-08-21, version 1.11.0*

I love Lingo! I have diabetes but do not qualify for regular cgm’s because I do not take insulin. Lingo is a Godsend for me as it tracks my glucose 24 hours a day as well as gives me so many tips on whole body health.
