App for Italian Use doesn’t work

Really disappointed as was so looking forward to using this and happy to pay the annual premium.
Each time I went to learning section for vocabulary, I just get a blue screen and if I remove App and reload takes me back to the beginning and then does the same again.
So had to cancel subscription..
