We've pushed a few changes which should fix that. I'd love if you're able to retry it on the newest version of the app. If the problem still occurs for you or if you encounter any other issues, I'd love to diagnose and fix them with you. Não aprendi nada, melhor conversar com o GPT (que é o que eles usam como IA) que você aprende mais ### 1/5 — Application froze *2026-08-01* I install this app on my iPhone 13 running iOS 26.6 And immediately ran slow during the introductory free lessons and once I signed up for a monthly subscription the application froze and was unresponsive. I shut down the app and reopened it but the application remain frozen. I received my iPhone but this did not solve the problem. I am currently awaiting an email response from Support **Developer response:** Hi, Stewart here, the founder of Lingrow. I'm so sorry this happened. That's a terrible first experience and it was completely our fault. A bug on our side was hiding a button on some iPhones with display zoom on, which left you stuck with no way forward. The screenshot in your email helped us track it down, and we fixed it and pushed the update which is now included in version 1.0.20. We've also been in touch over email since then, and I added a free extra month of premium to your account to make up for the trouble. The B1/B2 flashcards you suggested are in the app now too, so thank you for that idea. If anything else comes up, email contact@lingrow.io and I'll sort it out personally. And if everything is working well for you now, I'd be grateful if you'd consider updating your review. Se assim que começo a usar o app eles já começam mentindo, praticamente aplicando um golpe, como vou confiar em um app assim? ### 1/5 — No level option? *2026-06-17* I'm about a level 4 in Korean, there wasn't an option for me to start with something more difficult. It was teaching me "hello" and "my name is..." and I said in Korean that this is too easy/I'm here for something difficult, it didn't care. So lost my interest immediately. I'm not going to waste time repeating level 1 **Developer response:** Thanks for the honest feedback, Sarajane. That intro is deliberately kept simple, partly so brand-new learners aren't overwhelmed on day one, and partly so everyone gets a feel for how Lingrow works before diving in. After onboarding, the app adapts to your level, so it wouldn't have kept you on "hello" for long. That said, you're right it should react when someone says it's too easy, and there was no way to skip ahead, so we're fixing both.
