Lingua Latina is a native, focused Latin learning tool for dictionary lookup, grammar help, sentence questions, and review. Fast. Clear. Built for focused study without accounts, advertising, tracking, or telemetry. The app recognizes Latin forms, shows the base form, explains morphology, and helps translate complete sentences. Apple Intelligence is the default path for open questions and translations when the system model is available on the device. The app can also work without a bundled offline database. A local offline dictionary may be included depending on the build. Highlights: Dictionary lookup with base form, meaning, part of speech, and examples. Sentence analysis with translation in the app language. Grammar explanations for selected forms. Flashcards and local study progress. Custom words can be added manually. System Default with Apple Intelligence for open questions without an offline database. Optional Premium: complete offline dictionary, OpenAI, local models such as LM Studio, Premium themes, and extended study features. Premium: Premium unlocks extended features: the complete offline dictionary when the database is included in the build, OpenAI and local models such as LM Studio, color themes, AI help for filling custom word entries, and extended sentence and grammar help. Monthly and yearly subscriptions can include a 7-day free trial when enabled in App Store Connect. The Lifetime purchase is a one-time purchase without a subscription. Support Tip: The support tip is an optional consumable purchase. It only supports development, can be purchased multiple times, and does not unlock additional features. Privacy: The app does not collect analytics, usage telemetry, advertising identifiers, device fingerprints, or background behavioral metrics. No automatic data transmission to developer-controlled servers occurs. Apple Intelligence is used as the default path through system functionality on the device. External network communication occurs only when users explicitly enable an external provider in Settings. In that case, the app sends only the text context needed for the specific request, such as the entered question, selected sentence, or active word form.
