As we generate a custom set of words for a tailored experience, we aren’t able to provide a free service at this time. ### 1/5 — Collects too much Information *2025-04-10* Title **Developer response:** Safari extensions on iOS to modify website data are required to have access to the website data. This is a separate topic relating to collecting data. This app doesn’t collect the url, rather it modifies the sandboxed webpage from an existing app on the device. ### 1/5 — The developer embedded nationalistic phrases into the app *2025-04-08* Why is there nationalism present in the app? Upon entering the app, a notification appeared stating that I am a terrorist. Since when is language learning persecuted on a national basis? ### 2/5 — Cool concept, false advertising *2025-10-15* I was excited about this app, however it seems like the developers overpromise in the App Store. My target language (Hebrew) is listed in the app store images, but I’ve tried multiple times to get English -> Hebrew working and it doesn’t even offer the option. I even found through some pretty serious sleuthing the feedback form on the developer website, and emailed mid last week and have yet to hear back. If you’re learning a less common language this probably isn’t the app for you, regardless of the advertising. If you’re learning a more common language, I’ll leave how well it works up for other reviewers to comment on. **Developer response:** Thanks for writing in, this bug was addressed in the latest update. ### 2/5 — No free trial *2025-10-06* Sorry, but how can I trust this app is going to work at all, before I pay 15 AUD? As we generate a custom set of words for a tailored experience, we aren’t able to provide a free service at this time. ### 2/5 — .. *2025-04-10* Doesn’t translate anything more than a few basic words… not helpful at all especially if you’re more intermediate **Developer response:** Thank you for your review, this has been updated to have more intermediate and advanced replacements. ### 3/5 — Great concept but Egyptian Arabic is mislabelled *2025-09-25* I downloaded the app specifically for its ability to translate to Egyptian Arabic, but it isn’t Egyptian at all. It’s actually Modern Standard Arabic, which I’m not that interested in learning. I think the idea is great though and I’m looking forward to seeing it get better. **Developer response:** This will be improved in tomorrow’s update. Thanks for sharing this specific problem, it helps us fine tune adjustments. ### 3/5 — Broken update *2025-09-12* I got it two weeks ago. Worked ok. I wanted to change the level of the language so I deleted it and wanted to re-add. Brain dead recent update. Can’t figure out how to select English to Chinese and then get it to accept. Wait maybe for another week or two for an update to fix. **Developer response:** This is going to get fixed in tomorrow’s update.
