## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Broken

*2020-12-29, version 4.1*

I wish this app worked. The words for each object are wrong. Click “bus” and you get “trash can,” etc. Beautiful, simple graphics, but unusable.

### 1/5 — Badly built

*2020-12-09*

All the expressions are mixed up. No one checking???

### 1/5 — Consistently wrong

*2020-06-02, version 4.1*

Game calls a bus an airplane and an airplane a train. The errors are consistent regardless of language, but the errors make this confusing for our children since the image doesn’t match the words being spoken. Would not recommend this application in the current state. Should be easy for the developers to fix. Not sure how this passed any kind of testing.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2019-09-06*

None of the words match the picture ! No one will learn with this app - terrible! A real shame - the pictures are cute.

### 1/5 — f l o p

*2019-03-15*

it told me a lion was called a crocodile and a train was called a trashcan

### 1/5 — Useless

*2019-01-18*

Nice idea but the German expressions are all mixed

### 1/5 — Absolute FAIL!!!

*2018-04-11*

Tap the lion and it says - crocodile, tap on the car and it says train> who the heck made this app??? ridiculous

### 1/5 — Mr Albion

*2014-03-29*

Please be aware that despite the use of the British flag, American English is used in this game and not English English. Words like trash can are never used in Britain.
Not what I was looking for. The accent is poor too. Not good for children to copy.

### 1/5 — No sound

*2012-10-16, version 1.3.2*

Downloaded it twice, sound didn't work either time.

### 5/5 — Great app!

*2012-09-14, version 1.3.2*

As a native speaker I'm teaching our son (21 mos) both German and English and this app is very helpful with both. Perfect pronunciation, cute animation and a great variety of topics for the little ones. It's also very easy to switch between both languages. I'd recommend this as a go-to app even for adults dabbling with German for the first time. There is a free version to try first, too.

## Most praised reviews (1 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Its good

*2011-04-22, version 1.2.1*

I lived in germany and the pronunceation was spot on just like in deutchland
