I only wanted to try the MantraBox first before deciding if I wanted to continue with a subscription. I also hope the app will allow customers to easily cancel their own subscriptions without having to depend on the company to do it for them. I am still trying to ask for the correct link or instructions to stop my subscription, but unfortunately, the responses I have received have not answered my question or helped me resolve the issue. As a new customer who is still learning and exploring the app, having clearer information and more control over subscriptions would make the experience much better.
