При переходе в оповещения/чаты с поддержкой не отображаются входящие уведомления и ответы представителей аэроклуба. Раньше приложение работало корректно.

Раньше все было прекрасно. Но видимо после очередного обновления перестал заходить в аккаунт. Выдает ошибку и говорит что нет таких учетных записей! Я, как человек который достаточно регулярно ездит в командировки потеряла из-за этого очень удобный инструмент. Было бы здорово если бы можно было это исправить. Спасибо!

Почему то требует каждый раз ввод логина и пароля. Вручную. Каждое закрытие приложения. Жутко не удобно.

**Developer response:** Спасибо за отзыв! Уже взяли задачу в работу и ищем способ сделать вход удобнее. Пока можно упростить процесс: после авторизации установите PIN-код — тогда при следующем входе потребуется только он, без логина и пароля.

Все данные по билетам и бронированиям в приложении, можно выгрузить файлы на телефон или открыть прямо в приложении - удобно. Менеджеры быстро отвечают в чате.

Установила, чтобы не только с ноутбука можно было подобрать варианты билетов и отелей для командировки. Приложение доработанное, хорошее, не вылетает, залогинилась с первого раза, все прекрасно. Внутри сохраняются данные по старым поездкам, актуальная информация по новым. Билеты подгружаются в приложение, можно даже не скачивать, но последнее время стараюсь все выгружать на смартфон, чтобы в случае перебоев с мобильным интернетом
документы были прямо в телефоне.

Мне приложение понравилось. Интерфейс интуитивно понятный, удобные формы бронирования, есть фильтрация по разным параметрам, очень помогает при поиске нужного варианта. Самое главное теперь можно прямо с телефона зайти в свой ЛК и согласовать все данные по командировке, даже если нет доступа к компьютеру.

Раньше только с компьютера оформляли командировки через Аэроклуб, сейчас установила приложение, намного удобнее. Даже вне доступа к ПК всегда можно зайти и забронировать билеты, отель.

Отличное приложение для оформления командировок и заказа сопутствующих услуг. Интерфейс не перегружен, все основные операции интуитивно понятны и не требуют много времени. Поиск услуг не всегда прям очень быстрый, но в целом работает адекватно
