It seems as if when your phone is on the elevator or not connected to wifi it causes the application to automatically try to log you in. Yesterday it tried logging me in 34 times in two minutes locking my account which prevented me from accessing my account to unlock my door. This bug needs to be fixed immediately. Tenants don’t have time to wait and go through the hassle of resetting their password and waiting for a 30 minute lockout period each time this happens. ### 1/5 — No Facial Recognition *2021-11-03, version 14.6.0* The facial recognition feature is green in my settings but it is not working when I open the app and I have to sign in using my password.
