### 1/5 — XR iPhone Face ID lock out to account

*2019-07-15, version 2.8.0*

Following the most recent update, app immediately locks me out of my account. Apparently, “Face ID” is not recognized (with login name & password) and a failed log in attempt instantly results in being locked out of my account. As such, any additional log in attempts are also denied because access has been denied with that first login attempt. 
The solution is to request a reset. Previously, this app performed as expected.

I’m not able to open this on my iPad and I have not been able to contact the developer.
