I can’t receive the verification text, I’ve tried all troubleshooting methods I can think of. I’ve updated the app to the most recent version but still can’t verify to be able to use it. 

I went to their website Help Center also because it mentions resources to troubleshoot more myself, FAQ, etc. and there’s literally nothing available. 0/5

Die Applikation, welche ich zu nutzen beabsichtigt hatte, zeigte sich als nicht funktionsfähig, da ich keinen Verifizierungscode per SMS erhalten habe, der für die vollständige Einrichtung und den abschließenden Betrieb erforderlich ist. Dies führte dazu, dass ich den gesamten Prozess der Inbetriebnahme nicht abschließen konnte. Aufgrund dieses gravierenden Problems, das es mir unmöglich macht, die Applikation wie vorgesehen zu verwenden, sehe ich mich leider gezwungen, von einer Empfehlung dieser Applikation abzusehen. Solch ein fundamentales Versagen in der Bereitstellung einer kritischen Komponente, wie dem Verifizierungscode, deutet auf erhebliche Mängel im Design oder der Implementierung hin, was inakzeptabel ist, insbesondere für eine Applikation, die möglicherweise von zahlreichen Nutzern erwartet wird, zuverlässig und effizient zu funktionieren. Daher rate ich dringend dazu, diese Problematik zu beheben, bevor die Applikation weiterverbreitet oder beworben wird. In ihrem aktuellen Zustand erfüllt die Applikation leider nicht die grundlegendsten Anforderungen, die an eine solche Software gestellt werden, weshalb ich sie nicht empfehlen kann. Dies ist bedauerlich, da die Applikation in ihrer Konzeption möglicherweise Potenzial zeigt, aber die gegenwärtigen Mängel überwiegen die positiven Aspekte bei Weitem. Very complicated to send photo/video to somebody.  Why we cannot simply send photo instead of adding photo to library then choose photos. 
Then old added photos in library still there need to delete one by one by searching in album. 
Please make it simple like WhatsApp or IMO.
