Terrible Experience. 0/10 ### 1/5 — This app doesn’t work for forwarding call notifications to the laptop!!! *2022-10-25, version 2.4.2* The app isn’t working when I’m trying to set up phone call notifications for my brand new iPhone 14 pro! Please fix it. It says the hands free function is now establishing for a while! ### 1/5 — It never works!!! *2022-04-09, version 2.3.4* I appreciate ASUS’s attempt to build an ecosystem with its laptops and phones and the features it offers are just amazing! However, my phone never reconnects after reopening the laptop. I always find myself needing to pair the phone and laptop again to connect them after reopening. Also, it would be nice if we can have a notification on our phone when the phone receives an file. Now with an iPhone 12 Pro, my ASUS Zenbook Pro Duo keeps rejecting the connection either due to a bluetooth or WiFi problem (there's none, both devices have bluetooth enabled and connected to the same WiFi network). Extremely frustrating with no solution in the horizon. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t Do Much When iPhone App Can’t Login to MyAsus *2021-07-18, version 2.2.3* I get “Email Sign In Failure,” in my iPhone App, when I know for certain I’m using userid and password that I’ve just used to sign the PC app into MyAsus. I’ve paired and connected iPhone and PC via BlueTooth, but MyAsus “Connect a Device” never sees my iPhone in “Select nearby device” Dialog. All-in-all: great disappointment. I plan to remove the app and abandon connectivity attempts. I should note that I am a technologist and I *think* I know what I’m doing. I am now seeing a lot more Windows OS time and was excited to see this app, as one thing I miss most is having access to my desktop while working remotely, via my iPhone. It is entirely disappointing that this app crashes every single time I try to remote access my Asus desktop. On top of that, since I turned this feature on it has slowed down my computer and my online access and viewing. I cannot get things done in a timely manner. But it seems pretty easy that I can copy the pictures from my drone and send them through this app to my computer. ### 5/5 — Great App with a Ton of Useful Features to Wirelessly Send/Receive Video and Files to the PC *2023-09-10* Easy to use once you take the 5mins to set up the PC side by downloading the MyAsus App, as well as setting it up on the phone side with this app. The GlideX app is an interesting screen mirroring and screen extending app for iOS for free which is actually very hard to find. Especially one that works well because of how Apple Hardware and Software is pretty locked down even to big Developers.. But this App works great to Transfer Files from my Phone, over Wifi/BT, to my PC or vice versa. It transferred 9.5GB of 6 videos i selected from my phone to my PC and it took no more than 3-4 mins from start to finish. Thats a decent amount of high quality Go Pro Video as well. Works well and couldn't be easier to use, the MyAsus Program and Link to My Asus Mobile App. ### 5/5 — Always going to use this! *2023-08-02* Uploads were take me hours and with Link to my Asus - it literally took me less than 2 minutes!! Recently there were some significant changes to the system and it is working much better. July 2023 **Developer response:** Link to MyASUS provides two ways to transfer files: one is your priority device over Bluetooth and WiFi, and the other is WiFi only.
