This is great app that is on the rise. It allows you to connect not only to your friends, but also your clients. Setting goals for your clients is an absolute must. As trainers, we have the responsibility to track these goals. This app not only does that, but allows your clients to hold themselves responsible for tracking their progress and meeting said goals. Give this app a shot, it’s worth it.
