Contacted Help line but nobody answers. Need to return it now for a refund. ### 1/5 — Video doorbell *2024-01-23, version 1.1.0* Just arrived today,trying to connect it since 1pm and nothing not a chance.Very disappointed I don’t know what’s wrong ### 1/5 — Night vision doesn’t work. *2023-11-27, version 1.1.0* This app used to be brilliant. I bought the camera and used the app for about 4 months and it worked perfectly. After an update to the app, the night vision no longer works and the motion sensors only work sometimes. I’ve chatted to support about this. They said it would be sorted with the next app update. I’ve just updated and there has been no change.
