Being a government-owned app with vast amount of funds and minds to work an app, this is a disappointment. Could not get a simple insurance payment.. maybe because you are offering cash back? It is so bad, sorry.

Edit: One year on and I saw some major improvements! Sometimes still crashes on starting but not as often. Thank you to the developers!

Limited debit cards accepted (I’ve tried with 5 different banks).
Seems to be a disconnect between LinkAja and banks where the top up instructions are out of date of incorrect.

Saya melakukan pembelian tiket kereta api dengan menggunakan pembayaran melalui LinkAja. Tapi terjadi error setelah saya memasukkan nomor PIN LinkAja saya.
Ternyata, saldo LinkAja saya tetap terpotong meskipun pembayaran gagal.

Setelah menghubungi customer care LinkAja melalui email dengan memberikan penjelasan yang rinci dan melampirkan seluruh bukti, lalu saya diminta menunggu 3x24 jam hari kerja untuk pengembalian saldo. Tapi sampai sekarang lebih dari 3x24 jam hari kerja, saldo saya yang terpotong belum kembali.

Customer Care LinkAja terlalu lambat dalam menyelesaikan masalah dan terkesan tidak peduli pada konsumen.

It is so difficult to contact the company, be it through email, chat, phone, or social media. Live chat has no responders, which the company claims to be the best place to communicate.

Saya bayar PBB kota Depok dan ternyata status “Failed”, tapi saldo berkurang dan sedihnya harus telp 150911 untuk buatkan tiket pengaduan. Seharusnya sistem backend mencegah pendebitan terjadi jika status “Failed”. Sedihnya kata CS staff bisa makan waktu 3x24 jam untuk penyelesaian ini. Wow.

It seems as though there is little or no testing of features across devices.  This data / app tracking feature which is a forced pop up at app launch does not work with iPhones. If you deny access the app freezes.  If you accept it takes you to settings with no instruction of what to turn on.  I turned on everything and nothing happened.  Still locked out.  This is why you should only trust private companies to develop apps like this.  If you have an iPhone I suggest you stay clear.

I am not a gadget freak but during pandemic COVID-19... I have to make some adjustments including turn things from offline to online. I use this app almost everyday to receive payments, to pay for groceries, to add pulsa in my telkomsel and many more. 
Transaction will be done in less than 1 minute 👌🏻👍🏻
I did pay for TV and internet (firstmedia) months ago... unfortunately I can’t do that anymore recently...I think that’s 1 of the thing that I wish will be upgraded by Linkaja . many thanks
