That’s me: screwed.  By Linkbey. EXPENSIVE vac is now just a paper weight due to company’s unwillingness to fix or update their app so that it continues to be functional.

Since three dats my device is offline , trying to rebot also but its not working

I downloaded the app in December and it was working fine for 3 months. All of a sudden I was logged out and I am not able to log back in. I keep getting an error and have reached out to support multiple time.

The vaccum work well but the app doesn’t work. After connected I press the button it doesn’t turn up to blue. None of the button work. I can’t maping, and can’t adjust time or noise. Pls fix
