## What is LinkBluCon?

LinkBluCon brings your wellness information together so you can better understand your daily patterns, energetic moments, recovery, and lifestyle habits. The app supports both data from Abbott FreeStyle Libre sensors (where available) and wellness estimates from compatible wearables, including the RIZZ wellness ring.

Glucose Trends for Wellness Awareness
The app provides estimated glucose trend information based on available sensor data. These trends are designed to support general wellness, lifestyle optimization, and personal awareness. They are not intended for medical use, and should not be used for diagnosis, treatment, or any health condition.

Wellness Metrics from Compatible Wearables
When paired with a compatible wellness wearable like the RIZZ ring, LinkBluCon can display:
 • Glucose/ Metabolic insights
• Sleep patterns
 • Activity levels
 • Heart rate and HRV
 • Stress indicators
 • Skin temperature trends
 • Oxygen, movement, and readiness signals

These features help users understand how lifestyle choices may influence their overall well-being.

Libre Sensor Data Integration
Where FreeStyle Libre sensors are commercially available, LinkBluCon can display glucose values provided by the Libre sensor. These values come directly from the sensor that users already own. LinkBluCon does not modify or interpret this data.

Designed for Everyday Wellness
 • Build healthy lifestyle routines
 • Understand how food, rest, and movement affect your daily rhythm
 • View your trends at a glance
 • Track long-term patterns in your wellness metrics

 • They are not intended for medical or diagnostic purposes
 • Users should consult a healthcare professional for any medical questions

### 1/5 — Non funziona nulla

*2025-09-02, version 1.2.4*

Traduzione italiana assolutamente carente. Impossibile usare la connessione al sensore dexcom, impossibile verificare il numero di cellulare, ho ordinato Rizz, spero arrivi e poi funzioni

### 1/5 — Stopped working June 28, 2025

*2025-07-10, version 1.2.4*

This app is useless if the KnightRider does not attach to the sensor.
The KnightRider stopped collecting data on June 28, 2025 when I changed FreeStyle sensor.
How can I reset as if has never been connected. The app still displays the last reading captured. Everything shows connected but the KnightRider does not capture any data.

### 2/5 — A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT

*2025-06-30*

I haven’t even had this device for a year and have had several issues, which is to be expected, however getting support from this company is like pulling teeth. I have wasted two libres without coming to a conclusion as to why the blucon isn’t reading the data and support has not replied to my emails in 5 days. I don’t know what to do but I am considering initiating a chargeback since I haven’t gotten support and the device is in warranty. I have just reached out to them again. It’s so disappointing. The weeks it did work were great but the lack of support and communication I actually insane. So so disappointing!!

### 1/5 — Bad experience with iOS

*2025-04-19, version 1.2.3*

The readings stop intermittently for 30 odd minutes

The 2 mins refresh with libre 1 makes this app useless

The support team keeps asking for logs and having shared it atleast 5 times. They still continue to keep asking for it with no solution in sights.

Please don’t buy of you are using Libre 1

### 2/5 — Refresh in every 2 minutes not a 5 minute

*2025-03-31, version 1.2.1*

The refresh rate of the FreeStyle Libre 1 sensor is every two minutes, which is inconvenient. Additionally, the Nightrider battery backup is only five days because of the frequent refresh rate, not the five minutes it used to be. Please consider improving these features.

### 3/5 — Mexico diabetic

*2025-01-21, version 1.1.99*

I can’t get the pro yellow sensors to work here only the free style libre ones sold at Costco

### 5/5 — My daughter lives on it

*2024-11-14, version 1.1.98*

My 10yr daughter is Type 1 diabetic. Her glucose sometimes goes low or high. Keeping track at night is a nightmare. This product Ambrosia Night rider wakes us up before any incident is going to happen. Now my daughter has been going to school with it having it connected to her apple watch 5 cellular. I can track her progress being away and alert her before incident is going to happen. 2 years ago this product used to disconnect from watch a lot… but now its improved 100 times and I can vote for it confidently. Great work

### 1/5 — Frustrating and FAILS

*2024-07-06*

Your LinkBluCon app is useless if the equipment it is designed to work with doesn’t work as it is supposed to. I went for months not being able to use the NightRider because you failed to upgrade the device to use FreeStyle’s with an expiration date after 9:40:2023.
Now either it has failed and you are reluctant to admit. I have tried all of the suggestions you have sent and none worked.
The NightRider is essentially a piece of junk,

**Developer response:** Dear NCMom, Now we support Freestyle Libre 2, Libre 1, Libre Pro available globally (including in the United States). If you are still not able to use it please send an email to contact AT AmbrosiaSys.com with following information
NightRider BluCon Purchase date:
Firmware version #: You can find this information on the "About" screen of the LinkBluCon app after connecting the BluCon to LinkBluCon app. It should be 8.7 or above

### 1/5 — looks like it could be good!

*2024-06-20, version 1.1.94*

....but
won't work with Freestyle Libre 3 sensor-
was excited to use it! but doesn't support my sensor. site is a bit clunky-challenging to use-finally made purchase but only to find in didn't work-cancelled subscription
-they got my 10 bucks!
wished it worked!

### 1/5 — Great concept, very poor execution.

*2024-04-03, version 1.1.90*

Wasted money on this device, constant issues and battery barely lasts 2 days max.
