I can’t imagine a good (legit) reason for this requirement. This may be a great app, but I’ll never know because I don’t give up my phone number easily and randomly. **Developer response:** Hi, thank you so much for your feedback, We wanted to create a simple, safe and mostly password-less onboarding with our apps, thats why we went with phone authentication. But making it mandatory is a mistake, we realized it after our first launch. We got a lot of negative feedback and complaints from the people who installed our app. So we have created a guest login for users to be able to use the app with all the features without requiring to create an account. We have released v1.0.2 now, which has guest login and many more exciting features and available on iPad and Mac too. please give it another try with Guest Login and we hope you will find this app useful and helpful.
