When you do get connected it disconnects within minutes. Collar has possibility of being great but the app makes it a paper weight. ### 1/5 — Junk *2025-03-25* Will not stay connected. This is the recommended app to pair to Pawtronics collars. Not only can you only have one collar paired at a time. You can’t pair them to the same boundary created. So each collar is does not have identical lines. Which is so confusing for the dogs. Awful.should have sprung the extra money for a halo. ### 1/5 — DO NOT PURCHASE *2026-01-26* I purchased it on 9/19/25, waited for it to be delivered and have been trying to return this since 10/5/25 due to malfunction. I have had to email 13 times and when I call customer service it says no one is available please try again and hangs up. The collar does not work, it says it is connected with a full charge but it really isn’t. There is no correction by shock or vibration. I have no trees or obstructions. My dog ran away more times than I can count. Worst customer service that walks you in circles and refuses to return. ### 1/5 — Just Terrible *2025-12-25* For training, it’s been fine. But it’s an awful replacement for a physical or an electric fence. I thought our dog was secure with this collar but it stopped working without me knowing. She wandered into the neighbors pasture, spooked a mama cow which trampled and killed her calf. This was devastating; all because I trusted this collar to consistently work. We have a football shaped yard and I need it to allow us to draw AT LEAST 6 points (preferably 10). We would also want to draw zones within the perimeter where our dog is not allowed… like the flower bed she keeps digging into. Ugh.
