The box states that the Linklemo app is required for the frame to work as advertised. During setup, everything goes fine until the “Add Device” step. I select the photo frame, and a pop-up appears showing my partially hidden phone number with the message, “You have been added.” The strange part is that I was never asked to enter my phone number at any point during the setup process, so I have no idea where the app got it from or what I was supposedly “added” to. The pop-up then begins appearing repeatedly, faster and faster, making the app unusable. When I go back, it simply says that no device has been added. I contacted customer support through the app’s Help link and never received a response. I then found the Linklemo support link in the App Store, only to discover that it is entirely in Chinese. If a product is being sold in the United States, there should be accessible English-language customer support. An app that is required for a product to function should also have responsive technical support. As it stands, this has been a complete waste of time and money. ### 1/5 — Not working *2026-06-24, version 1.9.7* I got this and it’s not even working. It was worth nothing. It wants me to find a QR code. I find the QR code and it’s not syncing to the camera so useless don’t bloody Well buy and I’m Canadian. We Canadians trust every company which we shouldn’t now I got useless three cameras that don’t freaking work and won’t sync up to my phone but as soon as I download the app boy did I get some nice emails from companies I don’t even know I can’t even read their emails and I know it’s from this app. So again, do not buy or try and install because you ain’t gonna get nowhere. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Garbage *2026-08-11, version 1.9.8* It is a waste of money and time.
