I tried to unsubscribe and canceled my account on 10-23-25 but they continue to bill me each month. They acknowledged via email that they will continue to bill me and refuse to refund my auto-payments for services I did not receive. They told me I need to unsubscribe via Stripe but I do not have a Stripe account. They make it hard to unsubscribe so they can keep collecting your money. This app is not suitable or appropriate for anyone under the age of 18 and it should not be rated aged 12+. ### 1/5 — Support is trash -use a better app *2025-11-28* Got locked out of my account and support is horrible here! I really enjoyed this app for the last year. You would think for $50 a month they would at least help you when issues come about. Instead they left me locked out for over a week with little to no communication. I had to cancel my account and use another app. By the way, way cheaper and alot more features than this app. I would have never known had their support been helpful.
