Welcome to LinkNxtGen, a comprehensive hybrid Business Intelligence application that combines and tracks key information within an organization. The idea behind making this application is to simplify the steps of creation and track updates on a regular basis to ensure no delay or wrong trajectory is being followed that effects project's delivery. LinkNxtGen tracks the management and integration of process, procedures, projects, tasks, key milestone deliverables, risks, compliance, and agile reporting. It can import, in real-time, siloed data from over 250+ data sources, data visualization, and analytics to allow for up to the minute business decisions.
 HOW IT WORKS
LinkNxtGen provides organizations with a clear understanding and full transparency into their organization from the perspective of how it is governed, how resources are allocated and utilized, how work gets done, how efficient and effective the processes and procedures within the organization are, and provides insight into risks early on to be able to remediate them sooner to avoid major issues. Key information about your organization and workforce are right at your fingertips. The application comes with 151 key labor categories and descriptions predefined and additional labor categories can be added, if needed. It also has an integrated calendar that syncs with your mobile device’s calendar. In addition, it has a very robust data analytic and data visualization component with the ability to display data in easy-to-understand data visualizations such as pie charts, pivot tables, maps, bar graphs, line charts, histograms and more. Management can drill down into the data visualizations to find the root cause of an issue, alerts can be set, thresholds can be monitored, and questions can be answered in a matter of minutes versus days or weeks. There are also standard Executive, Operational, and Tactical Reports accessible with just a few taps.

To start using LinkNxtGen, the user must enter the organization’s domain URL that hosts the LinkNxtGen servers as well as a valid email address for that organization. The email address must be verified before the user is granted access to LinkNxtGen. This procedure would involve two checks:  first at the organization’s LinkNxtGen server and second on the organization’s email server.
