But I haven’t been able to do any of that because it never refreshes and always freezes. Please fix these bugs and glitches because it’s a little frustrating when you’re wanting to see updates on your children. I looked to see if it needed updates but to no avail. I hope you guys figure something out because I know I’m not the only one experiencing this. ### 2/5 — Bugs *2023-02-28, version 12.10.25* Have too delete app and redownload I order too see anything. Gets stuck on one week n then nothing till i redownload it won’t let me refresh. ### 2/5 — Messages and push notifications *2022-10-12, version 12.8.26* I like the idea of this app and the ability to message my child’s teacher. However, when I go to write a message back to her, the screen reverts all the way back to the very first message so I have to scroll scroll scroll to get back down to what her teacher last said in order to respond. Also, when I do respond, I’ll get a push notification-of my OWN response-hours after I’ve sent it. Please fix both of these issues soon! ### 2/5 — No real time updates? Seriously? *2022-06-27, version 12.1.7* I enjoy the daily reports, but you only receive the daily reports AFTER you check your child out. In other words, you won’t see if your child ate or sleep until you sign them out. In my opinion, this is serious design flaw. Have questions about your child’s daily report? Guess what, you most likely won’t remember to ask them because you’ll see it after you already left the facility. ### 2/5 — A few good features but definitely lacking compared to other school apps *2019-04-09, version 8.10.22* A few good features but definitely lacking compared to other school apps. While the layout is nicer and the “mark absent” and drop off notes are great features, this app is less intuitive, lacks instantaneous updates, and missing a few other features other school apps have. I find myself disappointed. ### 2/5 — Dubiously School Value / Mediocre Deployment *2018-08-06, version 8.7.31* Serving parents and kids means supporting their teachers, not the third tier admins that eagerly cut checks for shiny apps. This is C+ effort at best. If I saw the enterprise license you shackled to the school I’d be far less forgiving. ### 1/5 — A few good features *2018-07-19, version 8.6.13* I like the idea of this but it needs work! Until I do so, it will only show information from the most recent time I downloaded the application. When I tried to add an absence, the buttons didn’t work—once again, had to remove and re-download. The two apps are exact same! Why don’t you improve your app? This app is clunky and can’t save images to camera roll. ### 1/5 — Update caused date to not refresh *2022-01-21, version 12.1.7* I had to uninstall and reinstall in order to get the date to advance to the next day…yeah, they made the UI prettier, but broke some of the BASIC functionality ### 1/5 — Stop Forcing Gmail + Google Password login- Security Nightmare! *2021-04-13, version 10.12.1* I am trying to sign up for this app before my child’s first day of school. I use Gmail as my email and so my account with the school is linked to that email only. This app is FORCING me to log in using my Google password and not giving an option to set a unique password for this app. I’m not okay with that. That’s a security nightmare. I would never want to risk my email being compromised and having the sensitive information about my child (and their classmates) being potentially exposed simply because it’s linked to and accessible through my Gmail. ****Developers- please fix this and allow people with Gmail IDs/usernames to input a unique password for this app and not force Google platform/Gmail linked login. ### 1/5 — Not working at all *2021-03-31, version 10.12.1* This app cannot find my child record at all. Both I and daycare double checked the spelling to make sure there is no typo in my email address, tried reinstalling, tried deleting the record and reinserting from daycare system, none working. How wrote this app? Is this a school homework project. The most basic functionality is not working. It’s easier then having to search through my email. At times there is a lag with how quickly updates occur or alerts are received. I do with their was sharing feature to share photos with families. My kids are 5 and almost 3 so I don’t need constant updates, so I can see where parents with infants - 2 year olds would want more interaction/updates. I think this is a good app and happy our childcare provider utilizes this type of service. ### 4/5 — Great idea *2016-10-28, version 6.3.15* I do love the concept of this app. Love seeing my kids while at work. Would love to see additional features in the future. Possibly short video capabilities. Also it would be nice to add a notification of child check in. Nobody seems to have an answer as to why, but I know I’m not the only one it’s happening to. Now pile of daily papers and I could forward the email version to my parents who live far away. However, recently the real time (aka push) notifications just stopped working. So, if an announcement about closing early, etc comes in, I don’t know about it unless I am checking my personal email (which I try to avoid at work).
