Nobody. We going to be forced to use the linkt app that will be harder to use, takes more money from your account in top ups, and basically will be a rip off, unless you go out of your way to get a tag. Not everyone wants a dam tag. LinkT should get with the times. Charges for not using the tolls *2025-05-28, version 4.9.0* I recommend all that use this app to review the invoices they are being charged with LinktGo! I’ve had several instances where I have been charged when it was never me driving my car on the toll. I have passed feedback onto them in the past and today I just got auto charged for an invoice that is being disputed. Please be cautious when using this app as I personally don’t recommend using this app. Once this dispute has been resolved I will be removing the app. 0 stars! ### 1/5 — International mobile *2025-04-13, version 4.8.1* I have tried to register on the app for an upcoming visit to Australia and I won’t send me a confirmation code. I have a UK number and am surprised that this isn’t accepted. I tried to contact support through the app but it won’t even let me do that. I there an issue with UK mobile numbers? ### 1/5 — Terrible payment tracking *2025-04-06, version 4.8.1* When billed for multiple trips in one payment I am only able to retrieve a receipt for each individual trip not invoiced for all that was paid for in lump sum transaction. ### 1/5 — International mobile numbers? *2025-03-27, version 4.8.0* Visiting Australia and tried many times to register on this service, but despite being offered a choice of country, the app will not process verification using my international number. Support is only available in app and that too will not submit my request for assistance, again using my international number. If it only supports domestic Australian numbers then this should be made clear and/or the country drop down list should reflect this limitation. Disappointing. ### 1/5 — Fraudulent Scam *2024-12-22, version 4.4.0* Terrible app that I downloaded to help pay a few tolls whilst visiting Sydney. I Continued to get charged to my account, was unable to contact any staff, no phone number. Not legitimate. They continued to charge me for tolls within VIC that had already been paid via Eastlink official website and nothing I could do to stop them. They continue until this very day to still try to charge me for trips and track my gps data.
