## What is LiNo Home?

LiNo Home makes everyday condominium matters simple — for residents and property managers alike. The app is for residents of buildings managed with the LiNo Home system: signing in requires an invitation from your building's manager.

AS A RESIDENT
• Account balance: see your balance, monthly charges and payments anytime
• Meters: submit water meter readings with a photo — even offline, the app uploads them later
• Gate opening: open your building's gates with one tap, from the widget or your Apple Watch
• Calendar and notifications: assemblies, maintenance, announcements — with push

• Documents: bylaws, minutes, balance statements — always at hand
• AI assistant: ask about house rules or your own balance — answers cite the building's documents

### 1.5.1 — 2026-09-05

• Tenant account view: if the property manager has enabled it for the unit, tenants can now see their balance and itemised statement — until now the menu blocked it even when the permission was granted.
• Directory is now also under Profile → Records, where you look for contacts.
• Apartment codes in resident views: the readable code (A101, T015) everywhere instead of the internal number.
• Meter reading: batch photo capture with target selection, apartment-code search and correct numeric ordering.
• Translation fixes in all ten languages, including the manual.

### 1.4 — 2026-08-24

• Heating and cooling settlement on the phone: the heat pump meter's electricity by mode, broken down per unit, ready to charge.
• Heat pump mode timeline: if the machine alternates between heating and cooling, the system knows which span belongs to which mode.
• Directory: it lists recipients as soon as you open it — with apartment number and the channel that reaches each person; searchable by name and apartment number.
• New screens for property managers: AI cost, Cameras, Legislation watch.
• The user manual has been extended with the new features in all ten languages.

### 1.3 — 2026-08-22

• Messages in conversation view: replies stay in one thread, and you can see who has read them.
• Scheduled sending: choose when a message goes out – as a push notification, an e-mail, or both.
• One-tap recipient groups: owners, tenants, the audit committee, operations staff, or residents with overdue balances. You can also filter by which app someone uses.
• Directory: search by name or apartment number and send a message straight from there.
• Localised date pickers throughout the app.
• Android: a new five-tab bottom menu for the most-used screens.
• Fix: meter readings and photos recorded without signal now reliably arrive once the network is back.

• Community board: push and bell notifications for reports, comments and replies
• Documents: fast paged loading with search

• Report tracking: an issue now moves through five states (open, in progress, repair started, closed, declined), and you get a notification about every change.
• Dialogue on the report: ask and answer right under the case, with multi-line messages.
• Polls on the community wall: management can attach a poll to a post; results are shown anonymously.
• Gate opening on your watch and from the widget — now in your own language.
• Dashboard tiles open the related details on tap.
• Payment reminders and balance statements in cleaner, bilingual PDFs.
• Many smaller fixes in dark mode and translations.
