Đã thanh toán và huỷ thẻ trực tiếp tại ngân hàng nhưng cứ cách 2-3 tháng lại gọi bảo mình còn nợ, mà số nợ chỉ 2-3k đồng, rồi báo trễ hạn lên đến 200k, thậm chí 600k. Lần nào cũng giải quyết qua loa không triệt để. Làm việc rất thiếu chuyên nghiệp, gọi điện nhiều lần rất phiền phức. Chưa bao giờ thấy một ngân hàng nào làm việc tệ như thế này. Mọi người muốn phiền phức thì đăng kí ngân hàng này.
