The desktop version was great, easy to use and had some cool features but the most recent version leaves much to be desired and is below standard. Switching right away ### 1/5 — Just about the worst app I’ve ever used *2019-12-07, version 1.2.17* This is complete trash. Nothing works on this app. The web version is also TERRIBLE to work with on mobile. LIONDESK NEEDS a mobile solution if they are ever to compete with other CRMs. ### 1/5 — Useless. Can not log in. *2019-11-12, version 1.2.17* Spoke with customer support after multiple attempts to log in, to no avail. Error message is that I can’t log in. Useless. ### 1/5 — This App Is Trash Can Worthy *2019-07-03* I use the CRM on my desktop and it’s wonderful. But you can tell how the developers and owners really feel about this app and their customers. Reading the reviews from a year ago and the same issues still exist. I’m unable to log into the app so I can work my CRM remotely. This app is worthless and doesn’t even serve a purpose to be downloaded the developers should be ashamed. You see the complaints and you make no efforts to change. We should take our money elsewhere to a company that hears our complaints and actually take action! ### 1/5 — Can’t log in *2019-06-21, version 1.2.15* Desktop kept giving me an error. Now the app won’t let me log in. Keeps saying “not logged in” I checked username and password and it’s correct. Was really considering switching from FollowUpBoss but, it’s a no from me. At least until they hash all these issues out. ### 2/5 — App Is Impossible to Sign Into :( *2019-05-02* Sadly the mobile app is impossible to login to :( After repeated attempts (and confirming the login info was correct), I gave up. The app repeatedly say “you are not logged in.” ### 1/5 — No idea how to log in *2019-04-28, version 1.2.15* After an hour to connect it was impossible to figure out how to reach my contacts. But I was wrong I logged in clicked on the contacts icon and was immediately logged out!!! Then tried logging back in to no avail!!! Please let get this app working like it should ### 1/5 — Can’t sign in!!! *2019-04-14, version 1.2.15* I was very very excited to download and use this BUT it keeps kicking me out of the app after logging in. Please fix it! ### 1/5 — Unusable *2019-02-19* This app is completely unusable. I was really excited to sign up with LionDesk. However, after no more than 5 minutes of use, the desktop server was constantly “unavailable” anytime I switched to another task. It eventually froze and refused to reload after multiple attempts, Then, i tried the iPhone app only for it to constantly me out after no longer than quite literally 5 seconds of use. I gave it multiple attempts only to discover the same results. I need reliability in a CRM. LionDesk, unfortunately, was the opposite in my experience. I am open to trying again at a later time after some much needed improvements are implemented. ### 1/5 — Can’t sign in *2019-02-13, version 1.2.15* I’m new to this app and I can’t even create an account. All it does is go to log in. It looks like your texts aren’t sending and then when you hit refresh, it sent the same text five different times very unprofessional. ### 1/5 — Oof 😬 *2023-02-25* This app has potential. I am new to LionDesk and am (so far) liking the online CRM. The app has weak to zero response when clicking on navigation at top. It doesn’t sync the contacts to the work I’ve done on my computer. If I delete a contact on the app…well I will let you know if they ever actually end up disappearing after deleted. I’m really surprised that something this glitchy made it to app launch….😕 hope it improves because have mobile access is pretty much a nonnegotiable item for a REALTOR 😬🤞 ### 1/5 — Cell phone app *2023-01-27, version 1.3.10* I've repeatedly tried to login through the mobile app and it keeps saying UNABLE TO LOG IN ### 1/5 — Calendar? *2021-11-04* Where is the calendar? Be very careful in dealing with these people. It should just be taken down until it can operate as fluidly as the online version. Why can’t the online versions just auto adjust to mobile devices? The app is pretty good for the most part. The only thing that is missing I would say would be an option to use the dialer. The app is buggy and difficult to manipulate. When one is patient enough, and willing to ignore random sign outs as well as the 2,3 or 4 taps necessary for some commands to respond, the app shows good potential. The frame work seems to be there. Perhaps a deep dive update will get this app over the hump from disappointingly mediocre to consistently effective. ### 2/5 — Needs improvement *2022-06-16* So I looked up my contacts and their phone numbers aren’t even showing in the app. I added one phone number and clicked “update” as there is no save button. Went back to the person in contact list and still no phone number. To make matters worse, when I click on her, her name isn’t even there. And nothing saves when I update it. I have even more complaints but this is the biggest one. Hoping Liondesk can step it up. ### 2/5 — The app has potential *2021-08-21* The app has potential but lacks in so many areas. With many being on the go and using their smart phones often (mini computers) what the app offers in comparison to the desk top version is unimpressive. There are simple stuff improvements developers can make such as ensuring the contacts are the same as what is displayed on the desktop. I have contacts in the app that I deleted using the desktop but are still listed in the app. I even tried deleting them in the app and they remain. ### 2/5 — Lack of functionality *2019-07-26, version 1.2.15* Unresponsive and lack of many functional tools like templates for texting...
