Upon downloading and attempting to use, I was errored out and told this transaction/order could not go through. I was short on time and the line was long due to lunch rush and I left. Came to find that they did still charge me, twice… I attempted to reach out to support and never heard back and my bank told me they couldn’t help with pending transactions with no clear indication of if this transaction was going to go through or not. Would love to be able to order via mobile, but this is quite the flaw.

I have been eating Lion’s Choice my whole life, and using the app for a good number of years now. It has been through several iterations with a myriad of problems, the last version of which included constant malfunction on Apple Pay and incorrect hours (which in fact may have had more to do with employees at certain locations, closing earlier than they were supposed to… But that’s for a different review I suppose.) My only complaints of this version are that it is seemingly impossible to get tech-support/customer service for the occasional order or in-restaurant issue (a problem I’ve had when I emailed their help address as well), and this is a small one, but when placing an in-app order, I still don’t have the ability to add Hellmann’s mayonnaise.
Lions choice, Raine supreme as my favorite fast food, and I am glad the app works better than it once, but there is of course always room for improvement. My genuine opinion is that it would be about 4.75 stars 👍🏻👍🏻

I have been able to load the app, but it will not let me set up an account. It allows me to activate Face ID and enter my email, but it will not let me click on the create account tab.

Why cant i change the amount on the items in the basket, why cant i get mayo on a sandwich, why does it prompt me with delicious sweet treats for every. item. I. add. when im trying to practice self control. Not awesome! Dont like it! 👎
