It has been through several iterations with a myriad of problems, the last version of which included constant malfunction on Apple Pay and incorrect hours (which in fact may have had more to do with employees at certain locations, closing earlier than they were supposed to… But that’s for a different review I suppose.) My only complaints of this version are that it is seemingly impossible to get tech-support/customer service for the occasional order or in-restaurant issue (a problem I’ve had when I emailed their help address as well), and this is a small one, but when placing an in-app order, I still don’t have the ability to add Hellmann’s mayonnaise. Lions choice, Raine supreme as my favorite fast food, and I am glad the app works better than it once, but there is of course always room for improvement. To start with, the app alleges it has Apple Pay functionality. However, if you actually try to pay for an order with Apple Pay, the order will fail every time. This has been an issue since I first downloaded this application in 2022 and the company has done nothing to fix it. If you apply rewards to an order before finalizing your selections, you have to reapply the reward to your order. This feels like an underhanded consultant-recommended feature designed to limit revenue loss due to reward redemption, which is a real shame. ### 3/5 — App review *2024-04-29, version 23.9.2023051903* If the store doesn’t have what’s on the menu, I have to come back to the app and ask for my money back because they don’t have a way of giving the money back, which is ridiculous. it would be easier if the app went to the store. The only thing I’d really like to see changed is that I cannot specify a quantity of items and, instead, have to go back to the menu, choose the same item, choose the size, choose the additions or subtractions, note any other special stuff, and add it again. So if my family wanted 5 of the exact same roast beef sandwiches, regular size, add Swiss cheese, substitute a wheat bun, no butter on the bun, no seasoning, cooked medium well, etc., I have to go through ordering 5 separate sandwiches and specify all of these things for every single sandwich. Once I’ve customized an item, I’d like to just be able to update the quantity so I can choose all of the specifics just once and then change the quantity from 1 to 5, for example. Overall the app is still improving greatly though! Came to find that they did still charge me, twice… I attempted to reach out to support and never heard back and my bank told me they couldn’t help with pending transactions with no clear indication of if this transaction was going to go through or not.
