Videos freeze and cut off. Functions within the app either don’t work or are confusing to navigate. The concepts taught are real but need a better user experience, simply put. I updated a payment method last December, and was double billed up through July, even after emailing support regarding the issue. Canceled my membership and have still gotten a single billing the last two months.
