Videos freeze and cut off. Functions within the app either don’t work or are confusing to navigate. The concepts taught are real but need a better user experience, simply put. I updated a payment method last December, and was double billed up through July, even after emailing support regarding the issue. Canceled my membership and have still gotten a single billing the last two months. I’m pretty sure my messages don’t work, and I’m having constant problems with file size limits when making posts. I’m also hardly ever able to post comments on a live. They keep getting cleared as I’m typing them whenever a comment from somebody else comes in. Pretty frustrating to be honest. He created the platform and moved his coaching group to the app. It is phenomenal. From my experience, sometimes there are glitches and such but they are constantly updating it and fixing it. The structure of the app is like Facebook groups, except has more features. It creates a atmosphere of connecting to other people in the group far better than Facebook groups does.
