## What is Lipida?

Lipida is a focused, private cholesterol tracker built around a free, accurate LDL calculator. Enter your Total Cholesterol, HDL and Triglycerides and get your LDL in seconds — calculated with both the classic Friedewald equation and the more accurate Martin-Hopkins method, which gives you a better estimate at low LDL and high triglyceride levels where the old formula falls short.
