It doesn’t ever download and always crashes out the app and never finishes even if I leave it for hours to “download archive” with nothing but that going on my phone will leave it and the page will stay up for hours but never finish please fix it I have quizzes to take for my courses

Difficult to manage.  Does not accurately keep completed tasks updated. Task can be marked complete then will show up again on to do list. Not user friendly at all!

I started to get errors trying to open up procedures. So I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and now I can’t even get past the end license agreement page. I check the accept box and press continue but nothing happens.

The app is really good considering that it is loaded with a lot of information pertaining to my practice. Since some advance procedure has “personal touch” from the organization where I work from, I think it would be make much more difference if the Advance Procedures that are allowed to our organization also goes in line with the FNHIB CPG. 
If it happens, this app would be awesome. 

I am giving this a 3-star rating because it glitches a lot of times, hangs on me and asks you to log in your details every now and then.

Org Review: 4/6/18.  Pro:  This is an amazing deal and I say 5 stars for my older iPad.  Not sure if it is compatible with iPhone X.  Con:  Despite having room on my X, I cannot open or see a list of procedures.  It gives a reference error that it cannot find Ti—. I have uninstalled & reinstalled and the same result occur.
