### 1/5 — Crap

*2019-10-12*

No messages come through , worked for about a month then stops. Happens every time I download the app

### 1/5 — Please don’t get this app.

*2019-04-20*

Honestly don’t get this app i had for a little over an hour and it’s nice at first but you then get the gross and nasty things people say and it honestly makes you feel weird and unsafe. I had to delete it because it just made me very uncomfortable. To add there is no way to deactivate the account. What i did was i used my facebook to make a lipsi account so i deactivated my facebook because i never used it anyway. Then i just logged out of lipsi and deleted the app. That is a way to technically deactivate it but still i don’t think it’s safe. So yea i would recommend this app.

### 4/5 — I like it, but..

*2019-04-19*

I like this app. There’s just one major problem I have with it. Some messages don’t show up for days. For example, when it does come through, it will say that I received it x amount of days ago, but it also shows up at the top along with newer messages. Also, most of the time here recently, I do not receive 90% of notifications. Just thought I’d share. I’d also recommend putting a place to report bugs in the app.

### 3/5 — I have used it for so long but...

*2019-04-14*

I have always used Lipsi with Snapchat but now every time I click on the app when it says ‘Lipsi’ it cuts it in half and makes the word over lap each other. When I click on the messages they disappear and it is extremely glitchy and I don’t receive some messages until days after they are sent. It is starting to cause an issue to where I can not use the app anymore because it will not load the messages and it won’t send them until days later.

### 2/5 — 2 stars

*2019-04-11*

I did not have mail which you need the you need to do lots of things to get logged in , I recommend that you should try it it is very hard to get logged in but takes about 10 mins for me. I’m still yet to log in hard to .

### 1/5 — Not receiving

*2019-04-10*

I’m from Canada, I recived one message but none else will come in and I can’t send any. Come on...

**Developer response:** Post your link to social media to get more!

### 5/5 — Display name change?

*2019-04-06*

HOW DO I CHANGE MY DISPLAY NAME? Thas all otherwise Lipsi is doin pre g so far...

**Developer response:** Settings- gear icon- edit my lipsi!

### 1/5 — Things you may not have noticed

*2019-04-01*

please take the time to read!!
First of all, I think this app is very sketchy. The scary parts of the app are among the terms and conditions (privacy policy)

1. They may share your name and other information with third parties
2. May track your IP address
3. “Although there is no fee associated with the service, your carrier may charge you for each message you receive” ( under section 1)
4. “Even if you have disabled location services, we may still determine your city, state, and country location based off your IP address.
5. If you use your Facebook, users of both that aren’t your friends may be able to get your information or see images
6. Under section 10,
“From time to time we may disclose your contact information to allow them to market their products or services to you or for other marketing purposes”
You have the option to email them and ask them to stop sharing your information. But how would users know in the first place the information is being used?

Lipsi, I would also like to be Enlightened on how to deactivate and delete my account. I personally feel uncomfortable with the app and some of the things mentioned above— along with the fact the app uses your location.

### 1/5 — Hate it

*2019-04-01*

Why doesn’t it work when ur in Canada dumb

**Developer response:** It works in Canada- we are actually Canadian built 🤪

### 1/5 — Disappointing

*2019-03-31*

**Developer response:** Please contact us via support email
