Show them in the listing. $500 setup fee and $200 administrative fees are ridiculous!! ### 3/5 — Communication issues *2024-08-15, version 7.3.1* I was asked would I be selling food items out of the office space. I found the question to be very insulting as there is more work to be done to run a business than the just the product. ### 2/5 — Awful *2024-02-23* Incorrect listings that they write they’re going to ask the business to change and don’t follow-up. Then unresponsive. Seemingly true for most things in most listings from square feet to duration and pricing. But as AirBnb person I believe that they need to put more attention on feedback and especially on accuracy of listings. Many listings are not accurate and the app does not provide a way to report missing or unexpectedly paid features. Please add ability to report errors in listing and I will give you 5*. Use AirBnb as example. ### 4/5 — Great service *2019-07-03, version 7.1.3* Good service would like some change to the UX of the app just performance issues and some crashing but hey it’s a great idea and really helped me out ### 4/5 — Superb service, except lacks 1/4 hour resolution *2019-03-21, version 7.1.3* I read with trepidation other reviewers’ reports of closed spaces with LiquidSpace denying refunds, as well as some space renters being unhappy without knowledge or pre-contact with space use-tenants. We’ve never experienced those problems, so far. However, it’s typical for a meeting to need to start on the hour or half hour, and there is no apparent means of scheduling an antecedent 1/4 hour for setup. Only 1/2 hour increments. Otherwise, so far—very good. ### 3/5 — Location complication *2018-07-07, version 7.1.1* I input a City to search and it doesn’t filter the results to fit that specific City suburb. Seems displayed by paid space placement. Which isn’t helpful in making this a time efficient approach to finding a space suited for me. I have my picture shown so I can weed out the bias folks. I don't want to do business with them. (Sigh) white people! On the other hand, I went to a local Co-working space toured and signed up the same day, and they were responsive. ### 1/5 — Search engine is not user-friendly *2023-05-16, version 7.3.1* Takes way too long to navigate the search tools ### 1/5 — Can’t sign up *2022-10-03, version 7.3* The app is not functioning. You have no idea who is booking your space and for what purpose. They disregard your policies and make it really hard to communicate with guests before hand. And then after all that they take a whopping 50% of the fees and leave you to clean up the mess. And then the customer service folks are jerks. Just don’t do it. ### 1/5 — Terrible Customer Service *2018-08-20, version 7.1.1* Booked a conference room and when I arrived the conference room was empty. The tenant left a month prior and liquid space refused to give me a refund. I had to have the meeting in a small, cramped area of the building. ### 1/5 — Watch out! They sell leases but don’t provide! *2018-02-08, version 7.1.1* Tried using their service. I need a lease. Their marketing emails explicitly say that I need to sign up for monthly LEASES to get discounts etc. I sign up for this LEASE. Do the stuff online, do the DASH license. Pay $880 to start my lease in a few weeks. And I ask for the lease which I need. I’m told that they do not provide a lease. They will not provide a lease. Then they refuse to refund the full amount because I didnt cancel 30 days in advance. THEY NEVER PROVIDED THE LEASE THAT I PAID FOR It took forever to get responses from them and then their people were rude and condescending. Don’t tell me that I dont need a lease or that your license is all that is needed.
