It seems as though it is never updated. Items that are on the shelf are often not on the app. It is difficult to navigate from one page to another. It is VERY difficult to enter quantities desired. I would enter a quantity on a page and if I went back and changed the quantity on the order page it failed to change the checkout page…..so which one am I getting. Arghh. ### 1/5 — Website Bowling Green Ky store *2020-02-22* I was in the store and purchasing items I was scanning the items I was going to purchase and it tells me there is no stock pick something else needless to say I had the item in hand there was stock at least the one I was holding. I go to the checkout and ask the cashier about the app not letting me scan it. Her reply we may have broke up a 4 pack for that we do that all the time. She knows I was trying to use the app she rings me up and I ask about the rewards. She says were you using the rewards I can’t do that now I would have to void out the receipt it would take days to get you refund back you can try calling them. Very disappointed in the app and the cashier. I will shop elsewhere the next time ### 1/5 — Love the store hate the app *2019-06-27* I love the store but the app is terrible. I think it actually functioned one time. The first time I opened it and every other time it’s stayed frozen in the start screen. I suppose others have not had the same issue since the app is featured on many of Liquor Barn’s radio spots. I’ve deleted the app and reloaded it 3 times and it will not advance beyond the start screen.
