Once done you can ask Siri “What is the dollar price in Lebanon” or whatever voice command you saved in shortcuts. Then Siri will answer you by getting the latest price from Lira Exchange and presenting it for you. As for the Ads, we already have a feature that removes ads for lifetime for a onetime fee. Then you will never see ads at all. Hope this will help.
