I have requested the cancellation of my subscription several times, but I am still being charged. I no longer use the app, and even after requesting cancellation, money continues to be deducted from my account.
I hope this issue is resolved as soon as possible and that the amounts incorrectly charged are fully refunded. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with how difficult it has been to cancel this service.

Totally is a scam app, don't use and don't download it anymore.
I already report a serious issue with their service. After uploading my photos, I was asked to pay £0.99 to view them. The app showed the photos as ‘completed’ but kept them hidden. After I paid, no photos were visible at all. This is misleading and feels like a scam. I request a full refund. But they only notice me it normal.
After that I email them again and I reaction is still problematic. I asked them don’t renew the subscription and I’ll delete my account. Today, after I got home from work, I received an email notification that it had been renewed.
It totally is scam app and company, I’ll report to the Apple Store as well.

I paid 99p for 3 days trial. It doesn’t let me to use it unless I pay £7.99 more. It’s really a very confusing app and it doesn’t let me to either log in or sign up unless I pay £7.99 . It’s more like a scam

Keeps charging me
App keeps charging me $20 a month and there is no way to cancel subscription through your Apple settings, even though the developer is saying you can. There is also no way of canceling subscription through the app. Developer also says to contact their support email and they have not contacted me back. I’ve probably spent over $400 unwilling from not knowing how to unsubscribe. Do not download this app
