I no longer use the app, and even after requesting cancellation, money continues to be deducted from my account. I hope this issue is resolved as soon as possible and that the amounts incorrectly charged are fully refunded. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with how difficult it has been to cancel this service. ### 1/5 — Totally is a scam app, don't use and don't download it anymore. *2026-08-25, version 2.0.10* I already report a serious issue with their service. After uploading my photos, I was asked to pay £0.99 to view them. The app showed the photos as ‘completed’ but kept them hidden. After I paid, no photos were visible at all. This is misleading and feels like a scam. I request a full refund. But they only notice me it normal. After that I email them again and I reaction is still problematic. I asked them don’t renew the subscription and I’ll delete my account. Today, after I got home from work, I received an email notification that it had been renewed.
