I no longer use the app, and even after requesting cancellation, money continues to be deducted from my account. This is misleading and feels like a scam. I request a full refund. But they only notice me it normal. After that I email them again and I reaction is still problematic. I asked them don’t renew the subscription and I’ll delete my account. Today, after I got home from work, I received an email notification that it had been renewed.
