There is also no way of canceling subscription through the app. Developer also says to contact their support email and they have not contacted me back. I thought it was too good to be true when it hid my pic and asked me to pay to reveal. That is mostly a red flag to me. Ich habe die App mehrfach kontaktiert, E-Mails geschrieben und Screenshots als Beweis, dass ich nirgendwo eine funktionierende Kündigungsmöglichkeit finde. Nachdem ich mich schließlich an meine Bank gewandt und mein Geld zurückgefordert habe, behauptet LISA AI nun, sie hätten Beweise dafür, dass ich nie gekündigt hätte und ihnen das Geld deshalb zustehen würde. Das ist schlicht falsch. Ich habe alles versucht und sämtliche Nachweise eingereicht. Statt mein Problem zu lösen, bekomme ich immer wieder dieselben automatisierten Antworten, ich solle selbst kündigen – obwohl genau das nachweislich nicht möglich ist. Seit Februar werde ich damit allein gelassen. Für mich ist das eine absolute Abzocke und eine bodenlose Frechheit. Und falls hier wieder eine freundliche Standardantwort kommt: Meine Erfahrung zeigt leider, dass dahinter keine echte Hilfe steckt. ### 1/5 — Fraud takes your money without consent *2026-08-20, version 2.0.10* I have been trying to cancel this app for 5 months I’m being charged 49.99 and I have cancelled over and over again no one responds or gets back to you via email Or the chat on the app ### 1/5 — Ignore the Gloss, it’s a rip off *2026-08-19, version 2.0.10* This app lures you in with a purchase for 99pence but then once you have paid it tells you that it’s a 3 day trial and then it’s £34.90 per month. You can contact customer support but you get an auto reply saying 48 hour response time. How many people find out too late that they have subscribed? And then using the app, 3 day trial may as well make the most of it. Good luck because a lot of the content is only available if you upgrade your subscription. Lack of transparency so if you do decide to sign up, just beware of what you are getting into! ### 1/5 — SCAM AND FRAUD *2026-08-17, version 2.0.10* I bought a singular photo for 99 cents and never received it/its not in the app. I then got charged $29.99 for a subscription which there is zero evidence of in the app. After countless attempts of using their refund form I tried contacting them through email. Their email is ai and keeps referring me to the refund form (Which doesn’t work! It gives me a different error every time). Does anyone actually work at this company?? I no longer use the app, and even after requesting cancellation, money continues to be deducted from my account. I asked them don’t renew the subscription and I’ll delete my account. Today, after I got home from work, I received an email notification that it had been renewed.
