Would suggest to add instruction to press green button after front picture is taken to go back to screen asking for frt/back screen shot to take picture of back of check and than back again after pressing green button. The old one worked fine and was free of the constant problems this new application seems to constantly have. Quite often I am unable to access my accounts through the App and the check deposit system is quite cumbersome compared to the old App. Would rate this App a ZERO if I could. ### 1/5 — Horrible bank and app *2021-08-18* Always is the most difficult to access. I have my ph numbers changed for this but the app still uses my hone ph number to text message to. Ugh. The bank and the app is from ancient times.
