Не могу вернуть деньги за подписку, нет такого функционала. Пробный период еще не прошел. Приложение ссылается на App Store, но тут подписка не отображается и оплата проходила непосредственно приложению. Помогите, пожалуйста.

Обещали, что в течении месяца вернут деньги, если сделать запрос. По итогу уже 2 недели просто игнорируют мои сообщения.
