Как вернуть деньги за подписку?

Сняли деньги за пробный период. Три недели поддержка не отвечает. Отменить подписку через apple подписки нельзя, там она не отображается. Что делать непонятно, неужели карту блокировать.

Хорошее приложение, но..

Начал заниматься недавно, до этого пробовал бота Чатти в телеграмме. В обоих случаях есть проблемы с распознаванием сказанного учащимся. Определенно, влияет скорость соединения, но и тогда, когда соединение быстрое, проблемы с распознаванием остаются. В целом программу обучения пока оценить затрудняюсь, прошло мало времени.

Наконец начал лучше понимать английский на слух. Раньше слышал просто поток слов, а сейчас все чаще цепляю целые фразы. Занимаюсь в основном на аудио уроках по дороге.

Отличное приложение пользуюсь уже несколько дней, реально затягивает, там короткие и удобные уроки так что можно учиться пока едешь в метро ,стоишь в очереди или идёшь на работу, школу , универ, итд

Очень зашел Shadowing. Раньше все понимала, но самой говорить было сложно. Сейчас повторяю за носителями в аудио уроках и чувствую, что произношение стало заметно лучше.
