I’m sticking to this app. *2025-05-09, version 5.8.9* I’ll be sticking with this app because infinity lists is well out of my reach cost wise. £49.99 (or even £24.99) is a lot. And this app does a very similar job. I know a lot of work has gone into infinity lists, but at £24.99/£49.99 it’s just way way too much for the casual user. And I’ve already paid for this app once. ### 2/5 — List Master on iPhone *2024-09-20, version 5.6.7* I have used List Master on my iPhone foe several years and it works ok for simple lists on my iphone. But trying to get it to share or sync the lists with my iPad is an exercise in frustration as it never seems to work as online instructions tell you. I give up. ### 4/5 — love this list app *2022-03-24* I love the options in this app. I can’t mention them all but I’ll mention one I use all the time. I have 3 grocery shopping lists: a master, a “to-buy” and a “bought” list. I select an item from the master list (which is sorted and indexed) and based on the list option “when checked” it’s moved to the to-buy list. when I’m shopping and I get the item I select it on the to-buy list and it gets moved to the “bought” list. At the end I can visually look at the bought list to make sure I didn’t fat finger an item on the to-buy list and missed buying it. When I select items from the bought list they’re moved back to the master list. Neat. I’m using the list options “when checked” to move items from one list to another. Nothing is lost. I love that. ### 2/5 — Abandoned app? *2021-08-21* Have always loved using this app. But now I can’t get in touch with anyone in support. Their website is down. There is a bug that is causing app to crash when selecting page range in print options. I see that there hasn’t been an update in a year. I guess the developers disappeared. **Developer response:** Hello! We were experiencing a server outage which is now resolved. I am so sorry for the inconvenience. I know how important this app is to you. The issue has been fixed and should not happen again. ### 5/5 — Sub notes *2020-11-08* I really need a list with sub notes that I won’t lose!!! Microsoft list I had tons tons of notes and they’re all gone!!! I don’t ever wanna see Microsoft list ever again!! ### 1/5 — Poor support - can’t sync *2020-10-17* If you only use this app on one device it is fine. I can’t get it to work and sync on both my iPad and iPhone. Messages to tech support have yielded no help. I receive short replies that don’t address the issue. And they don’t seem to respond to what I have written. For now, it doesn’t work. If they resolve the issue, I will update my review. The tutorial videos are poor as well. Looking into alternatives. Update - After much effort, I give up. The syncing worked once but I can’t get it to work again. And since this is a one-man shop, it is impossible to get timely support. Even the answers I got were not particularly helpful. There was no effort to truly understand the issue and what had been tried. It’s a shame because this is a decent product. Just poorly implemented and supported. **Developer response:** Hi - I am so sorry to read this. I wrote you last on Oct 7, and haven't heard back from you. Please write me again so I can get this resolved for you.( I just sent you another email, please let me know if you didn't get it.) The syncing service is working for others, so I'm sure we can get things working for you again. Again, I'm sorry you haven't been happy with my service so far, and I will do what I can to remedy that! ### 5/5 — Keeping it all in one place *2020-09-12* As a long time List Master user I have honed this app to run the key elements of my business. In the palm of my hand I hold my recipe database, inventory management, order guides, schedules and key contacts and client information. With the desk top tool I can share relevant reports with my office staff and employees. But my iPhone auto-updated Listmaster to Infinity Lists and all my data disappeared. Years of entering information for home life and work… gone in a flash. Their product support is garbage. ### 1/5 — A Warning to all! *2025-05-09* Like others, I’ve used this app for years. In fact, I’ve used it for about 14-15 years. I’ve had no problems and no problems transferring my lists when upgrading my iPhone after trade-ins. The other day, however, 14-15 years of my lists and passwords disappeared with its update. Beyond words! **Developer response:** There is an easy fix. Your data is 100% safe, as long as you don't delete the app. Please email me at support@infinitylists.app. There was a hitch in the conversion process, which just needs to be run again. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. ### 1/5 — Update *2025-05-05* I lost all my data this morning do to an update. All my passwords I had saved in it are now gone. It started over from square one. Very disappointing as now it is going to cost me tons of time in the future to change passwords. Last night I received a message that my lists would be upgraded to sync with the cloud. The next morning almost all my lists are gone. For about four years I’ve been keeping lists of all the books I read but now they’ve just disappeared. I looked at the lists all the time to remind me of authors I liked, to reminisce about books I’d read etc. All gone. I feel really upset. I’m going to buy a good quality notebook and list my books in that from now on. ### 1/5 — Really really awful sync support *2024-05-28, version 5.6.1* This does NOT sync well between devices & the customer service has been abysmal. I’ve reached out for support over 10 times to absolutely no response! I’ve tried to get onto the developer website and continuously get an error message which I have also communicated to the support portal. Still nothing. You want be disappointed! ### 5/5 — The ultimate organization tool *2025-05-10, version 5.8.9* The Infinity Lists /List Master app is integral to my life, and near perfection for anyone who lives by shopping lists, checklists, and data files. This is a powerful tool for organization and the perfect method to avoid forgetting items. I use this app likely 20 or more times a day and it has a prominent location on my home screen due to its importance to my life.   I use this app for multiple shopping lists(a separate list for every merchant), checklists for items bring on vacation, for camping, or any event that I need to remember items to bring with me or to complete prior to departure, lists of passwords(protected with the security lock), lists of model numbers of items I own for quick access when needed for ordering supplies or working a customer service issue, to-do lists, lists of items I’m giving or want to give for holidays so I don’t forget what I’ve purchased or gift ideas I’ve had, lists of movies I want to see, books I want to read, and too many more lists to mention. For many of the items on these lists I have attached a picture to remind me of a specific product and its parameters , or the data plate(serial number/VIN) for a product to have data easily accessible. The uses for this app are endless! Developer support for this app is top notch and unmatched. Any negative reviews about this app should be read cautiously or flat out ignored as those reviewers either did not read the FAQs for help or did not contact the developer for assistance. Any time(and there have not been many) I have had a question or an issue I could not resolve myself, I have sent an email to customer support and received responses very quickly with detailed instructions and follow up emails until the issue was resolved and I was satisfied. I truly appreciate the response time, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Download this app and use regularly to free your mind of memory items, to avoid forgetting something at the store, to organize checklists, and to store and organize data you need quick access to. ### 5/5 — Best List App *2024-10-14* I have loved this app on my iPhone for 10 years.
